1 Pound Coil of Round Reed for Basket & Wicker Weaving, Natural Color, Any Size, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 (#9)

I bought a large wicker dresser for $10 at a garage sale. There were a lot of broken reeds on the top of the dresser, but after using this product, it matched the original reed perfectly (size wise) and after reweaving it. I painted the whole dresser and people think I paid $$$ for the dresser!

I recently bought these amazing Arthur Unanoff Barstools on Market Place. One of them had a damaged seat. I have never done any work with whicker before, but after 30 seconds of watching YouTube videos, I was able to do (what I think) was a pretty great job. I just need to find a matching stain!Seems like this product was the best value. If you are trying to repair something, I can almost guarantee you will need more than you think. Most of the "repair" kits I was seeing included 6' or 10' pieces in various sizes. I can promise you, unless it was a small break because of impact, not because of drying out or age, you will need a lot more than 6-10'. Great product for the price.

Good quality. Easy to use. Practically weaves itself. I have never done this before. I just showed the photo of the project to the reed and it made itself match using my hands. Thank you.

Works just like expected

I ordered this not knowing 100% whether it would work for what I intended. I'm working on a large costume build where I will be inside the costume, and wanted a lightweight material to make rings for the frame. I probably could have used a slightly larger size, but I've just been winding 3 rings together to make 1. A few things to note, the pieces of ratan are of varying length and are tangled together in the bundle (or maybe I just tangled them trying to figure it out). And as I bet others who use ratan frequently already know, you have to get it wet before trying to twist it into a new shape. Otherwise it will just coil back into the spiral like it was in shipping.So far so good on the costume build! I'd recommend this to anyone trying to weave with ratan.

Overall I am very satisfied with this product. I make dream catchers and use reed to make the hoops. It gives my dream catchers a more natural look instead of using metal hoops. I like that the reed already comes in a circular bundle, it makes it easy for making the hoops.

The product was exactly as described and seemed to be good quality. Was way too thick to wrap my wicker furniture-(Trial by error lol)The company was great about giving refund....BUT the product was $15.00 and to ship it back was $10.00.Looking at my shipping label I honestly thought it was paid for.Also, in the shipping instructions said if the noted shipping places could not accept my item to ship back I may have to pay for shipping..One of the places LISTED was the post office and they were ABLE to use the bar code..Had I known that shipping was THAT MUCH I would have kept the item....

This is a great value. A lot for the money. Wayyyy more than I expected for a simple repair type kit or amount.
