Very good, use for making soup with noodles, sushi nory sheet, shrimps, 1 Tsp of dry vegetables, spinach and dry mushrooms, pour boiling water, let set for 5 min, on a week long trip. The best way not to be hungry and safe money.

This is a great blend of vegetables. They hydrate correctly and the texture and taste was perfect. We add this to our Ramen packages for an extra tread. We've also added this to stews and soups while camping. I would buy this product again.

Good value. I wanted to use this for ramen, so please note it is not a ramen topping. It took a good 15 minutes or so to rehydrate in boiling stock. Still, just throwing in a handful of some chicken stock, rotisserie chicken, and ramen noodles made an easy meal and only took 1 minute of active time to put it together. This bag will last a loooooong time.

Good stuff!! I made chicken and rice with a helping of these vegetables and it was excellent! I only used a half cup serving but next time it will be a lot more in the pot. The bag could use a zip close so I'm moving the veggies into ziplock bags for the time. Thanks.

great blend for a variety of soups, including ramen. i just have a few complaints that ought to be addressed on future labels and bag design.first the label fails to supply nutritional information of beyond the list of veg which is hard to read due to its small and blurry print. its also hard to figure out what nutrients are present or lacking unless you are an expert of nutrients found in the veg or have some sort of highly advanced laboratory quality testing equipment. it does however have an expiration date clearly labeled.another issue i have with this product is that it does not have a means to close it again, which forces me to either use it all in one go, or find my own storage solution. which for something like this, in this size, may take me months to use it all, which makes it a good size to have but a hassle to store if i need to find mason jars or a nightmare of single use plastic waste.

Great addition to plain ramen noodles
