Inexpensive and effective
The PCI card fit right in, and turned my decade old PC into a video streaming lion. Plus, you get a free small Phillips head screwdriver. Very thoughtful.

Good card
Giving a 4 star because a compasitor was broken off the card when I got the first one, but that was probably due to poor handling. The second card works great and is 100% great value for the price of other cards.

Easy install and provides good bandwidth
Item came exactly as described. Installed and bandwidth went from around 80-90 mbps to around 330mbps which is what our ISP is giving us. Super easy to install, although I did have to search for the correct drivers online.

Easy to install, but actual (not reported) connection speed drops after a few hours
The items arrived well packaged and was easy to install. With Windows 10 Pro, the drivers were downloaded automatically.I have a Gigabit Ethernet card built-in to my MOBO as well. It connects at 1 Gbps without issue. With this PCIe based card, the connection initially is at 1 GBps, but the link actually slows down after several hours to about 50 - 70 Mbps, even though the link speed shown is 1 Gbps in the control panel. There is some kind of signal problem. All I have to do to repeat this is move the same wire from the built-in Ethernet to this card and wait for a few hours and run a speed test.

Simple, but works.
I am running Ubuntu 20.04 Desktop on the one computer - that's where this was installed. I did not have to download any drivers - just put it in and reboot. Linux recognized it and it just worked. So, I plan to get another one for my actual Linux server ( my media & surveillance server). You just can't go wrong for $10.00.

Good and inexpensive
I like that the card is comes with 2 different size bracket however, I don't like that it does not come with drivers. The drivers have to be downloaded but if you can not connect to the internet by other means how can you download the drivers?
