The Ergonomic fit for my hand, this is the second one I am buying, the last one lasted almost two years.

Most importantly - this vertical mouse is a great fit for me and has entirely eliminated my carpal tunnel pain!I have been using this mouse just over 1 year now. For most of that time I have been managing software developement projects and often spend 10-16 hours a day at my computer. BUT... all of the vertical mice on the market are shaped and angled slightly differently. Before selecting this one, I tried 5 or 6 others from various brands that for one reason or another, did not fit my hand and working position as well as this one does.I strongly suggest you try several of these vertical mice to find the one that fits your hand and usage the best. Even within the same brand, or across brands with mice that look nearly identical, the small differences from one to another make a big difference in long term comfort and usability. Take your time to find the right one for your hand. Your body will thank you.

Not so much a life saver, but definitely a wrist saver. I've had a job sitting in front of a computer for almost 10 years. A few years ago I switched jobs and the new desk was causing me to have a lot of pain in my wrist which was early carpal tunnel symptoms. I've been using this mouse for a week and it has alleviated all wrist pain for me. Before the switch to this mouse, my wrist would hurt within an hour, it now feels comfortable to use a mouse again.It seems very well built and is of better quality than I was expecting. It was very easy for me to get used to using too. The only thing that caught me off guard was that if it goes into sleep mode due to lack of activity, you have to press one of the buttons to wake it up again.If you are experiencing wrist pain, I highly recommend you try this mouse.EDIT* Jan 19, 2016. Its almost been a year since I've purchased this mouse. I use it every day at work. So far, I've only gone through one set of batteries. However the scroll wheel is now acting up. When I scroll down, the page will scroll up. This happens consistent enough to be an inconvenience. I'll be buying a different brand of ergonomic mouse soon.EDIT Feb 2, 2016. I contacted Perixx through email immediately after writing edited review. I filled out a form, emailed it back and they promptly sent me a replacement. It was not much of a hassle at all. Props to Perrix. Hopefully this mouse will last longer.EDIT* January 31, 2017 The scroll wheel is acting up on the replacement mouse. I'm not sure if I will bother contacting Perrix again.It seems to be consistent that the scroll wheel starts acting up after a year of use. I'll be buying a different brand soon.

Works as expected. Took a short while to get used to the vertical more but now I can go back and forth between my regular desktop mouse and this vertical mouse I use on my laptop. I have extreme carpal tunnel syndrome pain and needed something inexpensive to help alleviate some of the pain a regular mouse gives me. It helps a little bit but I still feel like I need something to rest my hand and with the complete vertical I feels like I'm holding my hand up the whole time. If I can ever afford it I want to try the Evoluent mice but this is doable in the mean time.

This worked fine for a few months but now the wheel is not reliable and makes the mouse very frustrating to use. I can't reliably scroll up or down a page without the wheel either failing to respond or spazzing out, making my screen go in the wrong direction, go too fast, not fast enough, etc. Do not recommend.

Mouse didn’t make it 7 months before it stopped working. Not worth the money.

This is comfortable (after trying many similar products I decided to keep this one). Good value so far as I have been using for 6 months and no issue yet. I had purchased the 100 dolor logi one before, but that one broke just over 1 year. Hope it will stay longer.

I have been using WIRED Perixx ergonomic mouse for years. I purchased and gifted to several other people.Now I have possibility to use BT, I purchased this one after trying expensive ones costing close to $100 which I had issues with lags and having them smoothly moving on my desk.. Eventually I found this one.It connects and moves flawlessly..Price is right. I am a brand fan for Prexiss now. Hopefully they keep the quality.One slight issue is that the nice matte finish on the mouse is a thin layer, prone to get dirty over time and it is hard to clean. But for 2-3 years of daily use this is the best you can get out there..I say, definitely buy it…

Se conecta sin problema, la batería dura muchísimo, y no hay ninguna falla ni mecánica ni de sensibilidad, además es increíblemente cómodo.100% recomendable.

Can't say about long term, but I've had mine about a month and I love it. Much more comfortable for a desk job 7hrs a day, didn't really test it on gaming. It comes in a very compact box, no wasted packaging, delivery was maybe 2-3 days, highly recommend

Har tidigare haft en billigare vertikal mus som gick sönder efter ett år. Hoppas denna håller länge. Den var lätt att få igång, och den känns minst lika bekväm i handen. Den är definivt värd att ta i beaktning som alternativ. I fysisk butik så provade jag varianterna från Logitech med flera som alla låg runt tusenlappen. Men jag gillar den här mer.
