CRLDesigner Series Polished Nickel Sleeve-Over Robe Hook

The hook looks good, although with one ~major~ drawback. Once it's up, you can't remove the back to get to the set screw. Once it's up, it's there permanently. My husband wanted to move it over 2 inches but we can't. There should be a way to remove the back cover to get access to the set screw. It also doesn't seem to be quite a long as in the photo.

Seller was great! This is the reason for two stars instead of one. Product was unusable because the set screw cover is flush to the end and not removable. Seller reimbursed ASAP no questions, no hassle. Will trust CRL another time for hopefully a better product

Had to return the product. Didn't over our frameless shower door.

Hooks look great and are just the right length (not too small).

I think the product is ok. The picture is MUCH different than actual size, as someone else noted. the specs say 6X6X6????? what does that mean? It is nothing LIKE that. Maybe 6 CM long, but not 6 " long. Does it work? yes, but frankly proportionately is is a bit odd. And the description is misleading.
