Really does a very nice job at removing "stuff" between teeth. Operation is fairly quiet. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fresh from the dentist feeling in my mouth every day.Significant design concerns:- Need to clearly state the warranty – 1 year, two years, full replacement, partial replacement, etc.- Not sufficient space to store all the various nozzles provided. The design of the storage area should have taken into account the items included in the purchase!- Awkward to have to take off lid to empty/fill reservoir. Should have considered a double hinged lid that would be able to stay attached (without the water piks falling out).- To air dry the reservoir after use requires leaving the lid off or on sideways. Again, this could have been addressed in product design.- Not entirely positive, however it seems as though it is taking longer for the water pulsing to start after turning the unit on. And I know that as soon as I take it out of my mouth due to waiting, the water will start just so it can spray around!Overall a good product. Strongly suggest the company hire a native speaker in the language of which directions are provided. The significant grammatical errors can allow customers and potential customers (who rely on the website) to make negative assumptions on the product due to language barriers. I believe that the product should be able to succeed or fail on its own without opening the door for people to think that product quality is directly related to capability to speak or write English. Could benefit from better understanding on when and why to change to a different head. Have to read materials from competitors to learn about one head versus another.

I bought a water glosser based on recommendation from my dentist because i have a permanent retainer. I found the portable glosses couldn’t hold enough water to adequately clean so i purchased this flossed. It holds an adequate amount of water to clean my whole mouth. The tank is easy to fill as it is removable and then clicks back on. I’m he kid holds the accessories. The glosser comes with multiple sets so my husband or kids can also use it, and it has tongue cleaners and brushes too. The cord is plugged in for power so it does have to sit on the counter, but it has suction feet so it stays put. The cord is long enough to easily move it around while flossing. The Intensity can be changed and is effective. My mouth was clean and it’s great for my permanent retainer that is prone to plaque and hard to floss with string floss. It does need to be on the higher intensity to get a strong clean.The tank will leak if you the plug isn’t in correct which took me a couple tries to figure out when filling it up. Overall it’s a great value and nice setup and doesn’t take up too much counted space.

I didn't realize how well this cleans the small food particles from between your teeth and wherever they're hiding. Floss doesn't work this well. I like the adjustability of the pressure. Rubber cups keep it anchored to the sink surface. Does anyone really empty it and dry it out after every use? Fill it with warm water to avoid "gum freeze". Everyone should have one of these...

This irrigator was a lifesaver for my daughter who wears braces. Before we got it, she could not ever get her teeth cleaned properly. With the different attachments, she does a great job that even her orthodontist noticed the difference. I have two kids that share the unit, each one has their own attachments.

I feel that for the money, it is as good as the higher priced pics

I used to clean my braces. It does a open job however plaque still shows even when I spray it directly on the tooth. As well as if u use it too strong your teeth will need even if it doesn’t hurt. It’s strong enough to tear your gums
