Robot Zot!

My grandson loved it for Christmas. He couldn't put it down.

Sometimes a story has a basic plot for the toddler and a more advanced story or humor for the adult. In this case, however, I felt the plot was just too abstract/mature for my 3 1/2 year old boy. Maybe it would work for mature 3 1/2 year olds. I will hold onto it and try it again in at 4 1/2. The bold graphics and robot theme is definitely appealing to my son.

My little 3 year old boy LOVES this book! He always wants us to read this to him as his bedtime story and he "reads" along with us. When he's playing robot he'll quote parts of the book as he stomps around the house. SO CUTE! Just ignore the fact that the illustration for the blender has a different amount of buttons from one page to the next.....unless you're like my engineer husband had have to bring it up. Each. Time. Haha!

I’m such a fan of this book!, it has everything to make you laugh,( good for adults😀), imagination, etc.It will cause you want to discuss the perspective of Robot Zot!I love this book and use it in my classroom, as well as allowing kids to “ check” it out to take home and share.

I got this book from the library and to be honest I did not like it so much. My 3 year old son was opposite of me, he loved it. He really missed that book when we had to return it, so I decided to buy it for him. He really loves that book and I started to enjoy reading it :)

If it were up to me I'd give it 4 stars but it's about kid appeal. And boy, oh boy does it appeal to my 6 year old BOY! It cracks him up that Robot Zot destroys the toaster oven, the vacuum cleaner, etc... By the 3rd reading in a row I had my robot voice down pat! A great adventure for Carson and I to share.

this is my son's favorite story. he loves when I read the sound effects and story in a robot voice. the illustrations are beautiful and display well on the kindle fire..

This is a very cute book (great graphics) but the story is lacking and it didn't hold the attention of my 5 yr old (Kindergartener). I recommend for preschool age children no more than 4.
