Seem capable of capturing more detail than a metal version I bought years ago.

Nice assortment of LED's. They came separate bags with little colored dots showing the LED color, way better than a single bag mixed and having to hand bin them.They all worked, plugging them into a bread board to test. They are bright while I would not consider "super bright". Colors seem accurate and rich. Now, the supplied resistors are not suitable for 12V operation, and while there is no supplied info on current draw, I took a stab on the average value of 25ma. So for the Red, Yellow, and Orange at 2V for 12V a 470 ohm resistor is recommended and at 13.8V 560 ohm. For the Green, Blue, White, Pink, and Violet for 3V at 12V a 390 ohm resistor is recommended and at 13.8V a 470 ohm. the supplied resistors are really suitable for 6 to 7V.The beam is highly focused to a spot, and for my use, for dash "idiot lights" I sanded them lightly for a diffused lightIn all these LED's will be perfect for my application. As to shipping time. I ordered these on April 5th and I received them April 21st, well ahead of the projected April 29th to May 17th.It is my hope that this review will be of help, and answer some questions. These LEDs worked great, same as the ones I got last year, in making Fireflies for camp. Fireflies are simply some tape or heat shrink tubing, an LED and a CR2032 3v battery. We then pin them to trees and other shelters to make sure that you can navigate at night without a light.Everyone always loves making these and they last for weeks and months depending on how many you use per battery.

I bought this product to learn about electronics, and attempt to build simple electronic circuits. When these led's came, they came with everything that was promised in the description and came with no damage to any of the parts. This product has suited my needs very well, and will continue to serve me until I run out of them and buy new ones. These led's are very well priced, but you will run out of them if you use them regularly. In the end I have bought this product twice and will continue getting them until I don't need led's anymore

These are wonderful, each colour came in it's own little packet and they came with lots of resistors. Initially used this as a science demonstration for kids, powering them off of penny batteries. I didn't realize the purple also would give off some near UV light, about the same wavelength as those cheap UV leds in spy pen toys, but much much brighter and able to fluoresce the UV threads in our currency as well as certain other materials and substances.

Very bright with 12volts using a 1 k resistor. The colors are great ! Orange is orange not amber, pink is super pink not redish, purple is a little on the blue side. Some of the best LED's I have ever purchased ! I am an American hobbyist writing this review.

It doesn’t stay in place. Hard to use. It’s move very easily.
