Update. The power supply failed in the printer after a couple of months of use. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked for my invoice and then $16 to cover shipping on a new power supply. Once they had my money, they said they didn't have any in stock and told me to buy my own from an overseas website that can't get it to me for over 2 months. Seems like the 1 year warranty is worthless. Oh, they did offer to send me $26 to cover the cost of the new power supply that takes 2 months to arrive, but not refund the $16 that they made me pay already. Below is my original review.This is my first 3D printer. I received it one week ago, unpacked it, watched their YouTube videos about how to put it together and was up and running with decent prints in only a few days. There is a learning curve to figure out how everything works, but with a bit of troubleshooting I was able to solve the few issues I had. It was all me not understanding how it all worked. A few things that I learned were to: 1. Level everything several times with both the extruder and bed heated. 2. Keep some slack in your filament if you don't have a good spool holder (I am printing one now that uses skateboard bearings to solve this issue). 3. Use decent filament, I ordered a roll of Hatchbox blue and Amazon black. 4. Print lots of little things at first, that way if they mess up, it is easy to troubleshoot and you don't have hours into it. Overall this is a great printer, the instructions were clear, but you will need a magnifying glass to read the software settings at the end of the manual.

Has good print volume, and pretty good prints out of the box. I upgraded the drivers for the stepper motors to 2208 and it is nearly silent except for the fans. Oh boy the fans are loud, will need to upgrade those soon. But all in all, good for the price for sure. Updating the machine firmware is easy, just editing a file putting it on an SD card and putting it in the machine and turn on the machine.Community is pretty good on Facebook.Getting the bed level sensor for this, seems like it would be a good addition, but it is not for sale in the states, have to order it from a foreign website.

This review is specifically for the Tevo Nereus. This thing is literally the worst printer I have ever used. For starters its complicated to put together so much so that it took me several hours to put together even though its "95% assembled". This printer doesnt come with a glass print surface or even a spool holder. It literally comes with nothing extra aside from a few extra screws and and a negligible amount of filament.Finally it doesnt come with any slicer software and isnt even supported by Cura. This thing got botched from one simple print job already. Will be sending this garbage back. Save yourself the trouble and just buy a JGARUORA it's a much better value and a much better product.

Bought this for its large printable area. Found youtube videos on getting rid of the salmon skin issue, which helped me to decide on this one. Still messing with drivers, but the salmon skin isn't horrible on large printed items. Smaller ones it's noticeable.Out of the box assembly took about 30 min. Instructions clear on some things, but had to backtrack to correct where they were misleading. Sold buy though!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Everything was working great! I guess maybe I am an idiot and ruined it. My board smoked and popped and now it's just a mystery. I think my board is bad. How do I fix this? Can I buy another board? I smell ozone. Power supply is running but my screen is white.

The printer overall was well designed and we'll packaged. Mine had a print table that was warped. The print table was lower in the center that the outside corners which made printing impossible. The uneven bed height cause failures in print adhesions. I tried other magnetic beds but the problems persisted.

I used once and now its doent work not happy with this keeps freezing in the middle of a print

Great printer and good quality. Easy to use still has room for improvements
