Waste of money !!!
The option to use the lock was not helpful. The suitcase did not remember my combination code and locked on me. I had to go on YouTube to basically find a way to get it unlocked. After one hour I got it unlocked by learning from YouTube which means anyone can get it unlocked. The first time I used the suitcase the wheel popped off. I'm on vacation with the suitcase and now I am missing a wheel. I am highly disappointed and Infuriated. I wasted my money which I am not happy about. Also the zippers on the inside of the suitcase broke off, they were cheaply made and also the zippers came unzipped as well, which have my clothes all over the place ! This suitcase set did not live up to the standards I thought it would. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Great product and great service
We are very happy with our purchase. This luggage is very light weight, but durable. Very easy to maneuver through the airport. After one use the threading on the zipper inside our carry on bag was coming undone. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement one. Great customer service!

The suitecases aren't very heavy duty and the handles are not study either! Fairly disappointed. Bought these for a cruise and the handles would drop down as your walking with the suite case for no reason. Unhappy

Amazing deal, amazing luggage.
I was worried these were going to be real thin and flimsy for the price, but it's not! These are great, lots of room and pockets. Plus they can lock to a personalized code.
