Seller is harassing my via an auto emailer to change my review for a refund. This was originally a 3 start with the following review: Would have been great but the threads on the cap are not made so the spout opening is opposite the handle. So it is awkward pouring and water comes out the vent hole making a mess. This could have easily been made correctly, bad design...

Update:The second one mentioned below in the original review formed a small undetectable crack on the top third which leaked when filled or tipped for drinking. This one was never dropped or handled rough so the origin of this crack is a mystery. Another one in the trash. My wife is still on her original so I take some blame and only reduced one star rather for that reason. I’m back to the decades life span of the smaller but durable Nalgene bottles.Original review:I ordered two of these because the size was exactly what I was looking for, they're made in the U.S., BPA free, the colors are not wild and the price was right. I dropped one that was half full and it cracked badly, therefore one star removed for durability. I bought another the same day, though, indicating my overall satisfaction with the product.

I purchased it because I didn't want to have to get up every hour to refill my cup of water.. truth be told, I'm kinda lazy and the kitchen at work is extremely far lol but it ended up being a smart and amazing purchase. It holds tons of water and it doesn't leak at all! Its fallen in my car and not one drop of water. We have 2 and we fill them up and take the on the road when we head to Vegas/Utah driving, this way when you pull over to a Truck Stop water is free and since you are using your own cup they don't charge you at all, not even for ice! The color is great and I actually add a Starbucks long straw and stick it through the handle this way it doesn't move or fall in and can drink water like a lady!

first time to purchase this 1.3l big bottle, leakproof cap, convenient handle, easy to lift with the strap, having stopped using my small bottles at home and for gym, great bottle.

Honest Review... not bad and was good exactly as described. I used frequently as an easy way to ensure I was getting my adequate water intake. Only issue was cleaning. The handle is very hard to get to, even with a skinny bottle cleaner. I’d notice dark spots, so I’d soak in hot, soapy water. Other than that, no further issues. I’d recommend the next line of this bottle to have a handle that is not “part of the cup” for cleaning purposes.

Works perfect for taking my iced green tea to work! Big enough lid to easily put ice cubes and lemon wedges/pieces in, hand washes easily. Easy to carry for my tiny hands. Fits in the fridge door. Saving me money and healthier than buying a giant fountain diet soda at lunch. Mouthpiece and handle make it possible to drink directly from bottle, but I prefer to refill my steel insulated RTIC mug from this bottle. Definitely recommend and if it ever breaks, I will repurchase.

Very low quality. The small plastic o-ring in the head of the cap, which is necessary to keep a tight seal, is not secured at all. It easily slips out of place, falls out, etc. Consequence? Turn this bottle upside down and watch water start dribbling out. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered several of the 2.2 L and 1.3 L jugs. I really do like the bottles. However, one of the larger bottles has a "PIN" sized hole at the neck. Whenever you pour, it leaks and makes a mess. I emailed the seller that I had this issue. I acknowledged that I liked the product, would be happy to give them a good review, but wanted a new bottle to replace the defective one.Sounds like good customer service to me. That was at least 2 weeks ago. I have not heard a peep from anyone regarding replacing the defective item or my willingness to give the seller a good review, if they will only take care of the issue. I don't fault the MFGR. cheap plastic products will have defects. I do, however, blame the seller. This was an easy fix to an easy problem.I hope the seller sees this very negative review and reaches out. I have given a rating of 2 stars, not because of the product, but because of the seller. My remaining 4 bottles work great and do exactly what I wanted them to do.Wish me luck.
