Easy to install and exact fit
Works and holding strong with my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 3.8. It's been a few months now after installing myself and no leaks no problems. Was easy to install and exact fit

Great price
Pump fits as it should and works well. It comes with a metal gasket for the pump but does not come with the gasket for the lower hose pipe. I used rtv sealant and it didn't leak. Couldn't beat the price and it got my van up and running again

I chose it because of the cost, overnight shipping, and positive reviews.As others have stated, it was an easy install and fixed the leak in my 3rd gen (2005) Ram with 250k miles. All I needed was a gallon of antifreeze concentrate, a gallon of distilled water, a little blue RTV, and a replacement drain petcock (Dorman 61134) for the radiator since the tab broke off off mine.If it fails I'll update this review, but I expect that all will be OK.

POOR QUALITY CONTROL,IMPELLER RATTLES AND SCRAPES
ITEM GOES TOGETHER OK,NO LEAKS AT LEAST FOR AN HOUR RUNNING,HOWEVER IT RATTLES AND THERE IS A METAL SCRAPING SOUND WHEN YOU FIRST HIT GAS.I TRACED IT TO THE IMPELLER SCRAPING INSIDE PUMP TO THE ENGINE BLOCK DUE TO POOR TOLERANCES ON SHAFTER AND IMPELLER.SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE OF REPLACING AGAIN AND BUY BETTER QUALITY CONTROL.THIS ALL WAS SMOOTH TURNING AND QUITE WHEN INSTALLED BUT AFTER A HALF HOUR WARMUP THIS,ALL STARTED.JUST SO YOU KNOW I'M A RETIRED MECHANIC SO THIS IS NOT MY FIRST WATERPUMP INSTALL. UPDATE UPDATE..MAY 8TH 2021: I ended up getting g sick from my J and J vacine shot and was unable to return on time to my prime amazon account for refund. Oh well.But anyway I tried contacting company on this matter several times with no reply.Even gave phone number.You would think they would at least text ya.So I guess they know their was probably a problem with quality control of tolerances in manufacturing.Let that be a lesson for me I guess about buying auto parts like this online.Buy from your local store in case you have problems you can rectify it right away and are protected with some kind of waranty.

So far so good
I was skeptical, maybe because it didn’t come from my local parts house. But , I took a shot. Mainly because of the price difference, this one was about half of what the parts stores wanted. I bought this in January, it’s almost May now. I’ve put maybe 10 or 12,000 miles on it. So far so good. No leaks, no noises, it’s a good pump. Fit with no issues. If something changes I’ll update my post but right now, there’s no reason to regret buying it.
