I read about this spice in a well known cooking magazine and decided to give it a try, it's great on omelets and scrambled eggs. I love it on hot buttered smashed potatoes! I'm sure I'll find many other uses for it, it is not "hot".

I always wanted to try this spice. This was very good, a flavor you cannot get from anything else. I even bought seeds, it was that good.

The expiration date for the product is only 3 months away.

The only pepper I use now-it gives you a very subtle heat
