My daughters wanted a candy floss machine for Xmas but they all seem to have similar reviews which are just like this one.5% of the time you might possibly end up with an ultra skinny stick spattered with tiny globules of something that looks vaguely like a miniscule amount of candy floss.95% of the time you'll get an unappetising looking ball of burnt black or brown sticky sugar. They were excited for the first 5 minutes then got bored and ran off to watch something on Youtube that was probably the mental equivalent of what you get from this.Either way you spend all the time worrying that the unfastened metal disc is going to fly off and decapitate one of your offspring and then end up cleaning the machine for twenty minutes trying to scrape off burnt sticky sugar from hot metal while your children are wailing from either sugar overload or boredom.Go and do some painting with your kids instead.

what a waste of money. it took month's to get here to start and when it arrived the box was so damaged half of the insides had fallen out and the plastics were scratched. on top of all that when I did use the machine it lasted 5 minutes and stopped working altogether what a waste of money. will never order from them again.

AVOID! Dangerous, burns and smokes up! Try explaining this to a little girl on Christmas Day that Santa made a bad candy floss machine! Absolutely furious

after a few practice spins i got to make some decent candy floss .this is a great product and it will get lots of use.

Really bad
Awful.Turned up months late, arrived with broken plug, fitted a new plug and it over heats so much it just burns the sugar.
