Easy and Effective
I had been looking for a long time to replace similar slides on my chairs that had worn out and that Home Depot no longer carried. These are slightly smaller than I would prefer but are easy to screw on and slide nicely on our wooden floor. I had previouslu tried other kinds but have found that many are not sturdy or don't slide well. These appear to be as sturdy as the previous ones I used that last many years.

Works great
I use a straight back wooden chair on a tiled floor for most meals. For years the chair was difficult to move and quite noisy when moved. Although some users recommended larger screws, I used the ones which came with the sliders thinking I could always replace with larger screws if necessary. Installation was quick and simple. My chair now is quiet and moves almost as easily as if it were on wheels. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago.

Function well if you buy smaller screws. Wear rather quickly though.
PROS: these chair leg sliders are a much better value that what you can get at local big-box store when purchased in quantity. The 1" size is a good fit for most wooden chairlegs. They slide quietly & easily on our tile floor. They stay put far better than the adhesive-backed plastic or felt pads I have tried in the past.CONS: they wear faster than the stock nail-on plastic glides that came on our quality dining room chairs. The stock screws are also too large: they have large heads that will scratch your floors before the glides are even half worn. They are also too large in diameter to replace nail-in glides without additional drilling. There is a relatively cheap & easy fix for this though: purchase #6 x 5/8" countersunk woodscrews, and you can simply screw these glides into existing nail-holes without fear of splitting the wood. I have enjoyed 3yrs of quiet function on a tile floor before having to replace these glides with new ones by upgrading to #6 countersunk screws. *IF THE MANUFACTURER IS LISTENING: please replace the oversized stock screws with something smaller and more functional!*

Worked perfectly - "thinner" than anticipated - but still good!
Needed these to replace missing ones on chairs I refinished. They worked perfectly. Sturdy, well made, easy to install. Nice packaging in that they're in a closable container - which is great for storing the ones we didn't use. They're a bit thinner than I anticipated, however, they seem strong.

These are smaller than anticipated
Iโm not sure how long they will last on my tile floor and they donโt really โglideโ as I was hoping they would. Theyโre probably an improvement over the original but not a significant one.

Perfect for application
Deep inset screws make it perfect for protecting the floor. Hard silicone ring is thicker than expected.

Work well!
Great sliders A+++

Fit perfectly.
Perfect dreplacement for the old rubber sliders on dining room chairs. Glad to see the screws included are now flatheads. However, most dining rooms have six chairs, and the box included only 20 sliders; wish it included 24, as i don't see a way to order just four sliders.

Patio furniture leg glides
Easy to install. And the furniture glides over the patio paver surface easily. The screws could have been longer to ensure the pads stay on. I'm not sure how long the plastic glides will last as summer season has just started.

They work very well on our hardwood floors
I predrilled the legs on my chairs before installing the screws. This made the install easy. They work well on my oak kitchen chairs on our hardwood floors

Exactly as described
I like the fact that they attach with screws rather than rely on adhesives which sometimes dry out and let go.They are a good size for the bottom of a wood chair leg, but a 1 inch diameter might be better as it would provide a larger wearing surface. No rating is given for durability since it will take some time using them to determine how they wear on a tile floor.
