I like just about everything about this water bottle.Pros:1. It's big. I fill it up with my own special blend of water and electrolytes and have enough to last me all day at the office.2. Its comfortable to drink from. The drinking spout lines up perfectly with the handle position on the side of the bottle to make it easy to drink from, even when full and heavy.3. The carrying strap, which I initially thought I'd just remove to get it out of my way, is also great. I use it all the time to carry the bottle to and from the office, while out and about, etc.4. The cap and spout design is easy to clean, unlike caps that have a "nipple" or "straw assembly" inside of them.Cons:1. If you're weak, it could be hard to lift a full 2L water bottle to your face. If thats the case, you should probably lift this 2L water bottle more to build some muscle and stop being a weakling.2. The air vent in the cap to prevent "glug" tends to whistle a bit when you're really chugging water. Its not really that bad, but I hear it. I wonder if other people in the office hear and and think I'm wheezing through a heart attack or something.

Love love LOVE this water bottle! I makes it so easy to drink the right amount of water every day! It’s big but not cumbersome. The handle is great and smooth and the lid is perfect! I love the tiny hole that makes it easy to chug and it lets out the pressure. I seriously tell all my friends to buy it!

The water bottle is a great addition for anyone particularly serious about their workouts, and comfort. Personally, I find myself easily dehydrated at the gym during workouts, and the preworkout I take usually hits pretty hard as I'm usually only mixing in about 12-16flozs of water, which pretty much just means a relatively concentrated preworkout solution. With this particularly huge water bottle, I find it easier to control how much preworkout I actually ingest and use to get me ready for the beginning of the workout, and easy to drink from to maintain that same effect throughout the duration of the workout. The handle and spout are very comfortable, and even at most orientations, the bottle is leakproof (I didn't test during drastic temperature changes, as most people don't typically change environments that quickly for it to be an issue).The only odd part about this is that the orientation of the spout is perpendicular to the handle, so a full bottle will be uncomfortable to drink from if you're holding the water bottle like a coffee mug. If you can get past this minor inconvenience, this works great, but personally, it's still a bit awkward.Pros: huge; comfortable handle; comfortable spout;Cons: a bit awkward to grip/drink out of, but more than likely just a learning curve; does not fit in car's cupholder, obviouslyRecommended Use: massive dilution of pre-workout, so you can slowly go into, and maintain focus without overly dehydrating

This bottle is awesome for the gym. I try to run through about a gallon a day and since this fits about half a gallon in it - I can easily measure my daily intake. The functionality of the bottle is good, the flip top is very useful. I don't see a point in carrying that large of a bottle with a strap, BUT it doesn't get in the way (only when you want to quickly wash the bottle).Update: Have had this bottle for close to a month now and going to the gym 5 days a week. The thing has been put through the ringer and still holding up. No leakage as some of the other reviews state, they must have fixed the issue with mine. Now that I've been using it pretty frequently throughout the month, I DO now see the usage for the strap. Makes it easier to carry when your hands are full and one thing that I really enjoy is the additional air hole to allow to drink out of the bottle without pressure build up.

I got this because I spend a lot of time outside on the weekends, doing yard work, etc. using this water bottle allows me to get all of the fluids I need to stay hydrated without having to keep going inside the house all the time. Has a very nice size opening in order to put ice cubes and liquids in it. and the spout on the lid is large enough to get a couple of big gulps without any problems. The non-slip silicone covered handle is large enough to put your entire hand through without being cramped. The red strap on top also allows you to carry it with a finger or two. There are silicone rings on the sides that go around the entire bottle, which prevents it from crashing easily if dropped. It is very watertight and does not leak. If you like powdered drink mixtures (like crystal lite), one single package for a 2 quart picture size works perfect in this bottle. I am very happy with this.

So Far, this bottle is great, I am not sure if the people who wrote negative reviews or who stated that is it leaking may have received a bad batch or something but, mine does not leak. I have purposely thrashed it around, dropped it just to see how durable it is. - and IT IS!!! The only downside is that the measurements are in ML I wish it was in US/American Measurements such as cups/oz/or 1/2 gallon so i can monitor intake this way. But, all in all - I've learned the conversion and this bottle definitely helps me reach my water intake goals.

I was initially looking for a 1 gallon jug to chug at work but decided I would just go with 1/2 gallon as it was a little more practical to carry around.This is a solid jug. It's light but feels sturdy and has a nice textured/rubberized feeling grip to it. While it feels sturdy, I'm not confident it would survive a fall so if you are looking for something rugged, you'll probably want something from Nalgene.If you are wanting a big water jug for home or work though, this is about as good as you are going to find. You can either unscrew the cap and drink from the wide mouth or use the flip lid and drink from a smaller lid. It's a little noisy drinking from the latter.The handle is nice and easy to hold while drinking and doesn't require 2 hands to drink from like a 1 gallon water jug might.I'm happy with my purchase and will likely order a 2nd to keep at home.
