Decently warm, though nothing is ever super warm when it is in the negatives water resistant they are though. I personally don't like the rubber protectors on the fingertips. They added excess bulk in the way of the tools and equipment I use with, so i simply used a razor and cut the stitching off. The kevlar palms do hold up exceptionally well after a few weeks of abuse however they tend to slip especially with another plastic item. Overall they are a decent winter work glove, depending on what your needs are. Super high dexterity they are not, but they are agile enough. Wish i would have gotten the long cuffs however. Best gloves I've ever owned. I work for an asphalt company and my hands stay nice and warm with no oil soak through at all. I will be purchasing a summer pair in the spring.
