Cheap and flimsy
Surprised by the positive reviews on here [see update below!]. It's very flimsy. The corner straps are very thin, and the handlebar holder had little grip to it however tightly I fastened it, so the phone didn't stay in the position I wanted. I used it for one short bike ride but wasn't at all confident about it holding my phone (a Nexus 6) safely while riding. I returned it for a refund. (There are more expensive, more robust-looking versions of this - though I've got back to having my phone in my pocket for the time being.)**UPDATE: within 2 minutes of my negative review going live, the seller contacted me and offered me a compensation code in return for deleting the review. So that explains why the reviews are so positive!

Good mount. Holds phone solidly on road route with a few medium pot holes.
I wanted a quick release mount to hold my phone solidly to use GPS on my bike and to take it off my bike quickly when I lock it up so that the mount doesn't get stolen. This performs that function well.It holds my Xiaomi Mi5s on a stock 2008 Trek 7.5fx handlebar. It works absolutely fine and holds the device steady in the dry I have not tested it in serious rain but then I would probably take my phone off anyway so that it doesn't get water damaged. Before I bought this I was concerned about it turning around the handle bar as the bike shakes but I have not found this to be a problem for me. Other peoples experience may vary depending on the bumpyness of their route, weight of phone, thickness and material of handlebar, weather, grease on fingers etc. My route is purely road for 2 hours at a time and it stays put for the without slipping down as long as it is put on tight enough. It did drift downwards once over heavy bumps this didn't bother me I can just push it up again when this happens. I'd be surprised if any silicone mounts are perfect in this area. I mean it uses friction to hold it in place so its not going to perform any miracles at some point a heavy shake is going to make it move as everything has its limits. I have an old clamping bike light that perform a lot worse and drift downwards every few minutes.I have not felt at any point that the phone is in any danger of falling out. I went over my handlebars recently and my phone stayed in the mount and was not damaged. If the strap stretches with use there is one more notch in the belt left that will hold it even tighter but to be honest at £8 its cheap enough to just buy another one if it breaks.

Great bike phone holder!
The media could not be loaded. Great bike mount phone holder! I wish I should have known of this before my latest holiday, when I hired a bicycle and had to be stopping all the time to check my phone to see which way to get to places. This bike mount is very handy and practical, allowing you to follow the route you want using google maps or any other gps app without having to stop to check it as you will be seeing the route i from t of you.The materials are great, as it is not made of the typical hard plastic, but an elastic silicone material that allows flexibility while it still supports the phone very well. It can also be adjusted to different mobile phone sizes. I am using it with a iPhone 5s and it holds it very well. The silicone strap at the back to mount it on your bike can be adjusted to different shapes and widths and you can attach the phone holder to the bike so it does not move around and holds it steady. It also allows for it to be orientated in a vertical or horizontal position.Fantastic phone mount holder at a good price. Highly recommended!

easy to install and super effective
Very simple, light weight, easy to install and super effective. I bought and have been using this bike phone holder for my every day commute to work on my road racing bike for 28+ miles (47+km) both ways . I cycle fast and road surface is not exactly very smooth so my bike gets a lot of shaking. Yet my £500 worth OnePlus 5 (with 5.5 inch screen) has never been under any even remote danger while attached on my bike's handle bar. I use my phone mostly as my odometer, heart rate monitor and sometimes as GPS SatNav device. After some getting "used to" the holder can be installed only in about 4-5 seconds and removed 1-2 seconds from handle bar. It seemed to be little flimsy at first but the holder does not slip, does not shift and always maintains my phone's position exactly as I set it. It is very convenient, very reliable. It won't break in normal warm weather conditions (it is completely made of stretchy rubber) though I don't know how it would behave in subzero temperatures. Well, for UK with its rather mild weather, it is close to perfect a bike phone holder for the little price you pay. Highly recommend to buy this product for all fellow cyclist.

Great as a Zwift controller
I bought this to control Mobile Link and tunes on my bike whilst it's on the turbo trainer - for that purpose it's really good.Pro's:Great price and deliveryAdjusts easily to take an iPhone 6 in a slim case with room to go biggerCan be tilted backwards and forwardsiPhone charging point not obstructedCons:Mounted fine on the bars but mounting on the stem makes access to switches to unclasp the sides near impossible.Switches are rather fiddly but you get what you pay for. You'll struggle to use the iPhone headphone jack, but if you're on a turbo you're better off with blue tooth headphones anyway.I am not commenting on road use since I'd never risk going over a pothole with it, but for indoor use with a larger iPhone it's pretty darn good for the price.

Not fit for purpose
Utterly useless piece of kit. Whilst it fits onto any handlebar it is a deeply flawed piece of kit since the 4 strap holders do not secure the smart phone at all. I had to resort to putting a paper clip in to hold 2 of the straps together. The number of times the phone was secured by just 2 straps meant that I was risking losing my phone.I have since bought a much better smart phone holder that
