Great product that’s helped my daughters severe gastrointestinal issues get better. I’m thankful for that def but what’s disappointing is that there’s no values indicated for G. Cambogia. Also the link for a FREE BOTTLE AREN’T VALID so a customer can get their free bottle. Kinda concerning a co. would be misleading in that sense, slightly unscrupulous and disappointing considering I’m interested in continuing use of this product

I like to use this supplement when I fast in the morning to boost my ketones. The salts can help boost bhb levels in a fasted system, and along with the apple cider vinegar, it increases fat burning during the fasting portion of your day! I don’t recommend this as an effective enough fat burner to use with food or close to a meal. From my understanding, the salts really only benefit your bhb levels when you are already in a fasted state.

Feeling so much more energized when I take these. I’m noticeably more sluggish when I haven’t had them yet. I’ve lost a few lbs. but nothing major yet since I have only been mildly exercising and I haven’t cleaned up my diet yet. I do think they help with appetite suppressant but I can still enjoy eating when I’m at a restaurant. I like that I can eat on this and my heart isn’t racing or speedy. Just ordered my third bottle!

I’ve only had it for a few days. Ive had no change in weight yet. It definitely doesn’t curve your appetite. I feel like it is kind of a waist bc you might as well just drink apple cider vinegar. In just three days of drinking apple cider vinegar I lost three pounds. I’ve had these pills for 4 days and I just don’t notice a difference at all. I’ll do another review in a couple weeks to see if there’s a difference. I know this was kind of early.

Seemed to work along with keto diet, and I lost 11lbs in a 2 week period. I had been doing keto for over a year with some cheat days here and there, but have since refused to cook pasta or potatoes at home. I've only had minimal results, although I hate working out and don't do it anymore, these pills seemed to help speed up the weight loss just a bit without having to work out. I'm willing to try another bottle and see if I get more results.

I do keto about twice a year for one month at a time. I bought these pills just to see if they worked. In previous keto months I averaged a weight loss of 5-8 lbs. During the first time using these I lost 10.6lbs for the month. I have a very similar meal and exercise plan each time I do keto, so I do attribute this increase in loss to these pills. This actually seems to be helping with my IBS and mine is pretty bad up to 3-4 flare-ups a day.I was actually suffering from a week of none stop loose stools and pain and ordered this out of desperation and because it was on sale. After 2 days of taking 2 capsules before bed, my loose stools cleared completely up and the pain was gone! So far it's been a week and I've had one small flare-up without any pain or discomfort.I say if you suffer from IBS or other digestive orders this supplement is worth a shot.
