Metallor Tune-O-Matic Electric Guitar Bridge
Well made in my opinion, but unfortunately I could not use it. What I didn't realize was the post are not the standard #6 (6-32) or M4 (M4 x 0.7). The thumb wheels are machined into these post (post diameter is 6MM) and the threads below the the thumb wheel is M8 x 1.25. The bridge did come with replacement bushings, but I did not want to replace the stock bushings. If this info was listed in the description, missed it. These details are Something one needs to know when replacing a bridge.

Requires my 2003 Gibson Les Paul to have larger holes drilled in the beautiful top. Cringe!
I was unable to use this product. It is not the products fault. I was trying to get a DIRECT replacement bridge and saddles that would simply be a drop on replacement for the stock Gibson bridge for my 2003 Les Paul Standard. My stock bridge saddles have noticeable "clicks" from where they rock back and forth in the bridge since the guitar was brand new. Gibson would not fix the problem. So the guitar sits in the case and has been a "looker" not a player.Due to some repair issues needed on my other guitars, I needed to get this guitar in a playable condition. Found this bridge on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. The mounting posts for this unit are a larger diameter than the stock Gibson, so I would also need to install the mounting posts in the body of the guitar. I am not comfortable drilling into a beautiful guitar, so I guess I am just going to suck it up and spend more money on a different bridge and saddles. What I saw on this bridge and saddles, I liked. The fit and finish are good, except for a bad scratch on the side of the bridge. I would not have returned the part just for that, but it does show poor quality control from the Chinese factory that made it. Had it fit my guitar without having to modify the guitar, I think it would have been a better bridge than the stock original one. This would be a great part for a guitar that is being refinished or already well worn, I just did not want to risk damaging the top of my beautiful guitar.

Good budget replacement TOM bridge
I purchased this TOM bridge to replace the stock TOM bridge on my Epiphone Les Paul Special II LTD (Player Pack model). The stock Epiphone TOM bridge uses a retaining wire to hold down the string saddles, and after only 6 weeks of playing the wire loosened up a little and generated a lot of open string buzz due to both the now lose retaining wire and saddles that now bounced around. The Metallor TOM bridge design eliminates the need of a saddle retaining wire, and once I installed it the bridge rattle and buzz went away. The Metallor TOM bridge snugly fit onto the existing bridge posts, whereas the stock TOM bridge had a little more play on the posts. This is a good budget upgrade to the stock Epiphone TOM bridge, as what came on the above described guitar.

Upgrade to standard Epi bridge
Put this bridge on my 2007 Epiphone faded SG. Fits like a glove. The advantages it has over the standard Epihpone tune-o-matic are:1) No retaining wire on this bridge, where as on the Epi, it will eventually loosen and cause bridge buzzing issues (this is what happened to mine).2) The bridge width is thicker meaning that the saddles have more room to travel for greater intonation adjustment.3) It's heavier and seems more solidly built. The only negative I've found with this bridge so far is that some of the saddle intonation screws are hard to turn. But adding this all up, this is a nice upgrade to the very cheap stock epiphone tune-o-matic bridge.

It fit, but it was tight.
The bridge was a little smaller than listed, however it did fit (tightly), I had to do a little intonation, not much. I'm satisfied, as the guitar it's on, is not very expensive.

Good for the price
I didn't have high expectations for this bridge, but it went on a cheap guitar so I don't much care. I took a bit of time to get the bridge saddles to loosen up enough to adjust intonation. I think the plating is just too thick in some parts. A drop of oil and some back and forth adjustment before installing on the guitar helped a bit. Once I got the saddles loose, it intonates well and the guitar stays in tune nicely.

Slight rattle, but fixable
This bridge works fine. Mine has a slight rattle from one of the screws, but I was able to fix it with a small piece of tape under the offending screw head. Not worth anymore fuss, for me, but your mileage may vary.

Worked Perfectly on a Firefly 338!! No more Buzz!
I was impressed with the quality of the Bridge especially in comparison to the original on the Firefly 338. The fitment was a direct replacement with out any modification needed. Simply, loosen your strings and carefully remove the original bridge. I utilized the original body mounts and replaced the adjustment screws with the new bridge. I duplicated the positions of each string saddle and found the intonation to be near perfect!! With minor adjustment, the buzz was easily eliminated! Best bang for your buck!

Doesn’t fit on actual Gibson guitars as described
Screws are significantly too large to be used with actual Gibson Les Paul’s. (Mine is 2017) and would require the buyer to drill out new holes large enough to accommodate

Poor Finish
It likely would have worked fine but the chrome finish was questionable. It appeared to be bubbled and would have started to peel off. When you have a nice guitar, you want all of it to be that way. I didn't use it and returned it immediately.
