I feel sort of stupid not realizing this, but nowhere in the description is it explicit that the fabric of these covers is synthetic, you just have to know that "art silk" is not real silk. I find the feel of the fabric very unpleasant and cheesy and will be sending them back presumably at my own expense. Very disappointed because the color is lovely (Guilford Green). Live and learn - should have known they were too cheap to be real silk.

Wow! What a lovely surprise these Euro shams were - I wasn't expecting much for the price, but in fact the material is thick and of a nice sheen and quality, the color is gorgeous and washed easily in my machine (The care instructions say hand wash, but I took a chance - I put them in a net bag to make sure there wouldn't be any snags or other damage and used the delicate setting) and came out almost totally wrinkle-free after a few short minutes tumbling in my dryer on low heat. I took them out and laid them over the back of a chair to dry the rest of the way. The fabric is a slick, slightly shiny sateen type, and the hidden zipper is also much appreciated! The fabric is the same all around, not just "Nice in the front" with a flimsy thin satin type backing like with some other inexpensive shams I've bought in the past. Very happy with this purchase!

LOVE the fabric and the color! They are very well made. Really nice zipper on the back that secures it to stay in place. Highly recommend!

I bought these to go with my new bedding (and existing pillows that I had), and they look beautiful!I originally bought a different set after measuring my existing pillows with a (vinyl) measuring tape, and thought they were 24" pillows (and didn't seem to fill the shams that I had), so initially tried 20" shams. When those didn't fit, I checked the pillow label and the pillows themselves were 26" square. They seem to fill the 24" shams that I purchased here pretty well.(The pillows I have aren't very stuffed, and MIGHT fit into the 22" shams, but it would be a tight fit)

I ordered the 14"x14" teal colored covers. The fabric looks like silk. It has a nice sheen to it. I ordered 15"x15" filler pillows as was suggested. I washed the covers in cold water and dried them on low heat. They came out of the wash with the same beautiful, vivid color, I dried them on low heat, and they just needed a light ironing to smooth out the creases they came with. The filler pillows were easy to insert by scrunching them up a bit until I got the zippers zipped. The zipper is on one of the seams. These are really nice pillow covers and make really nice throw pillows. I am very pleased with them!

If your pillow measures 22x22 this case is a tight fit. but over all it a beautiful Teal color and I was able to squeeze my pillow in.I should have ordered a 24x24

They look great on my couch and actually brighten the room. A pillow cover for about $7.50 a pop is a great deal. Wish the color was more of a true pink as well as more vibrant. Would purchase again and probably try a different color. The Pink is a touch more orange than it appeared online. Regardless I am a happy customer!
