Underwater Housing for DJI OSMO Action Cam, Protective Diving Housing Shell 45m with Bracket Waterproof Case for DJI OSMO Sports Camera

I bought this case for my DJI Osmo action. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to use it in my recent trip. However, looking at the case, it looks well built and I trust it enough to sub merge my DJI with it.

This has been one of the best camera accessory I have ever bought. I scuba dive a lot and I go deep, and this housing has been a life saver for my Osmo when diving. I've had it for a year and not a single drop of regret. I am so happy with it.

For my osmo and camera did not get wet. I trusted a girls basketball team in a pool no damage.

I bought this housing for a DJI Osmo action. Housing fits camera perfectly. Everything on this house is designed very well, Except the hinge. I used it one time, and water started leaking into the housing. I was lucky I caught it before the camera was damaged. It cracked on the left side where the hinge pin is installed. It appears the pin is hurled, and pressed in, to avoid it slipping out. That is exactly where it cracked. Other buyers have reported the same thing. I would highly suggest not buying, and looking at a different brand. Sending it back as defective to Amazon.That said, if they redesign the hinge, I would give it 5 stars. A waterproof housing should be, well, waterproof…… Maybe I got a defective unit, but my trust has been lost.

So I took this on two one hour snorkling trips with a few days between. First trip seemed ok the second dive were I spent more time snorkeling was the problem. It had let enough water inside to be annoying causing the picture to be blurry and actually caused the camera to keep over heating in the freezing water. I had to finally take it out of the case for the camera to even come on again by the end of the trip.

Case can’t be used you can’t press any of the buttons to change settings or modes from photo to video or hdr to slo-mo etc
