ONTAKI German Steel Beard Moustache Scissor with Comb Pouch (Black)

First of all i dont know what the negative reviews are here for the product is just amazing for the price i got.1. Scissors: its a medium size scissors good enough for mustache, beard trimming works efficiently and sharp. Its polished and shimmering too. The holes are big enugh looks bigger then the small scissors i had before i wonder why people think they need to insert the scissor like a wedding ring so ya the negative reviews are just not working for me here.2. Comb: the comb is like a free gift its big enough and nothing like toy combs mentioned int he reviews so yes yet again the negative reviews i read here failed on me. Its good enough for beard and moustache both hell i would even comb my hair3. Pouch: The poouch works fine for me for storage and travel and the buttons were working fine. Nothing came off nothing went offHaving written this long review is the frustation i had choosing this product because of all the nonsense reviews i read here. Either they have upgraded the whole product after feedback or something else.

I'll admit, initially when purchasing this product I thought it was a little overpriced for something so simple. But let me tell you, it's well worth the money. First, these scissors are SHARP and cut through facial hair with ease. They are the perfect size for precise trimming, and the scissors have a very nice weight to them when holding them in your hand.The case really exceeded my expectations as well. I originally just thought it was a novelty item that just made the scissors seem fancy, but I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the leather as well as the felt material that lines the inside of the case. It also has a cutout for convenient storage of the little plastic comb that is also included with this package.And to top it all off, their customer service is outstanding. I happened to have placed my order around black friday, and apparently there were issues with packages being mishandled (understandable) but I was surprised to see that they sent me an email to confirm that I received my package without any issues or grievances. Well done.Excellent product and excellent service. Would not hesitate to buy this product if you are in need of scissors to groom facial hair!

The scissors are nice, the case is nice. The comb is surprisingly small but just as described in the purchase page. Buzz Beard has now sent me three emails to give positive feedback, so here! Take my four stars, it's a nice little product! Just leave me alone.My wife wonders who this woman is who keeps emailing me. My daughter looked at me the other day and said "Daddy, are you leaving Mommy for a shaving product salesperson?" I had no idea what I was getting in to when I purchased this set. Sure the little case is nice, and the scissors and comb fit inside and can be closed so as to not clutter a drawer or travel case, but the high pressure for a review is getting to me.I think I saw someone watching me the other day ... someone with a beautifully manicured beard. Coincidence?

I got these for their price and prime, as similar higher quality are ridiculously high priced. When I received them and first looked at them, i immediately thought I got what I paid for, as they look very thick and dull for their size, like you'd give a kid to cut paper. But as the title implies, don't judge a book by its cover. They are much sharper than they look. They cut just like claimed. Quick and clean. Only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the little comb is just so so, but this is hardly even important. The main tool of the combo works great. I recommend them.

Lifelong beard and or mustache wearer. I just turned 70. I prefer a well-manicured beard so over the years I've used a lot of scissors that were not really meant for trimming facial hair. They worked but were awkward because I have big hands. I use a small electric persona trimmer to set length and then scissors to trim and shape my beard. These inexpensive scissors have big enough finger holes that I can hold them comfortably at different angles while I trim. Very sharp out of the box too. I would buy again and recommend them to anyone that doesn't have a set of facial hair scissors and wants to try them without spending much money before you know if scissors are for you. I gave them 4 stars only because I don't know how long they hold a good edge or how easily they re-sharpen.

I got two combs and both are awful! One is comically large, the other is comically small -- both have stiff teeth with tips that do nothing to part whiskers. Neither is usable.The pouch is too small for the scissors, handles to tips. My pouch has marked indentations from the ring handles pressing into the top and split threads from the blade tips being forced down through the stitching at the bottom (one photo captures the loose threads, a bit). I tried to take a photo to show how far the scissor tips would protrude from the bottom of the pouch (that is, how useless the pouch is now), but in doing so even more stitching tore -- so, rather than post an inaccurate photo of what I received, I'll just share that experience. The pouch is going into the trash, now. With the combs.The scissors themselves are decent. They're usefully sharp -- not the sharpest, but I can't call them dull. At first glance, they're an attractive, brushed-metal construction. On a slightly closer inspection, they look roughly machined, processed, and packaged (my photos attempt to capture the _new out of box_ condition).I'm unsatisfied with ONTAKI products at this point -- I will not be back.

Fantastic pair of facial hair scissors! Smooth silky action, and sharp from end to end. Absolutely no pulling of mustache hairs on this. I also like the relative size of the blade portion of the scissors. They are not to long and unwieldy, and they are thin enough to be very effective! Also the finger holes were not too small! For my personal mustache the comb was a bit to fine and I probably won't use it, but that's not why I bought these :)

I was worried this was going to be super small but turns out it’s perfect. Plus good quality and the case is very nice. I’m happy

Undeniably it’s sharp but it is too thick for beard and moustache , It also hurts as one may accidentally prick the skin ...it’s meant for cutting papers and threads , rock , scissors and papers !!Guys I highly DON’T recommend this for facial grooming !
