How do you set this clock?  Instructions are in Japanese.

Thank you for your inquiry.

To set the time for the product you inquired, Mooas Real Wooden LED Alarm Clock, please follow the instructions below.

First, press "SET" button on the back for about 3 seconds.

When "YEAR" blinks, press UP/DOWN button to set the year.

When pressing "SET" button, "MONTH" blinks.

Press UP/DOWN button to set the month.

After setting the month, you can set "DAY", "TIME", and "MINUTE" respectively.

Once the "MINUTE" is set, press "SET" button to save the settings.

About the instructions, we provide the manual in Korean, English and Japanese.

We would like to recommend you to check the manual again for English version.

>Short press "DOWN" button to turn on/off the alarm.

If you purchased "Mooas Real Wooden Digital Alarm Clock (Mini Rectangle/Mini Square)", the alarm can be turned off in the below step.

>Long press "DOWN" button to turn on/off the alarm.

Is the ":" in between the hours and minutes meant to blink? How can I stop it?

The dot " : " between hour and minute indicates seconds, causing the dot to blink continuously.

Therefore, there is no way to stop the dot from blinking as it indicates every second.
