Not as many vitamins as Salmon…
I know Sweden is known for fish so I tried these. They’re so good! They have very few vitamins and minerals in them. But they’re so good. And the tiny size makes it easy to grab just the right amount. Also like the variety of flavors. Not a strong fishy taste which I appreciate.
