The benefits from Fisetin are supposed to be from strawberries. So I'm not sure what benifits if any are coming from this product, being as the medical studies were done on strawberries. This product is not from strawberries. I'm not sure if I'm getting results as are claimed by this product as I have not been taking it for very long.

The effect of fisetin is not especially noticeable in the short term but boosts overall health in the long term. I am happy with this particular brand and dosage.

I'm using the lowest recommended dosage per day, 5 days a week. The capsules are easy to swallow, no flavor or smell really and I have not experienced any digestive issues. I have gotten things done each day. Not a flow state but this seems to be a good supplement if you are experiencing brain fog. I'll update with long term feedback. I am sensitive to strawberries and other foods that contain fisetin. I am interested in longevity and health, and really interested in boosting brain function. Short term use seems to offer some boost but it's hard to say if they 'work' short term like some supplements. I like a calm inspired feeling instead of the 'super soldier' effect, competitive etc like some enhancing products. This is a solo product and a flavinoid that is yellow and plant based. So, it will probably take time to realize the benefits. I like flow state and creative boosts, with quick access to words and ideas. So far this seems to boost things a little in organization skills, and that's important for me. I'll follow up but I can say this is worth checking out. There is a very long list of benefits for this flavinoid. 4 stars.

This is a powerful Antioxidant and at 250mg per Capsule and is a Super powerful one. It’s especially great for helping Memory. I’ve been through some extensive things that have had me consistently taking a few different things for years now to keep what’s left of my brain chugging away and I have added this one.
