Don't buy
My bad for purchasing. I thought it was much more than it is.It doesn't read your finger placement. You have to follow impossible instructions to program the display to tell you where your fingers go to play a chord. If you are smart enough to program the chord progression, it displays each at a set tempo and you place your fingers where it says. Again, the chords you press are not read by the display. It also doesn't tell you what finger you should use on each string. So, your G chord has three dots and good luck if you don't already know what fingers go where.Again. Don't waste money.

It's easier to buy a broken guitar and just use the neck.
I've seen these around and I thought it would give me an easy opportunity to practice my chords. Right out of tge box it did not work. Thinking I had put the battery in upside down, I tried to remove it, to flip over. This was impossible to do, even using a small screwdriver. They balked at first about the return, but later approved. The shipping cost was up to me. Anything going to China, the cost starts at about $150.00. It's easier to simply discard it, or give it to an electronics whiz and see if they can fix it. Most techs get about $70.00 per hour, so fixing it is hardly cost effective, so I'd rather give it away than see it collect dust. I'm not sure if I should try a different brand, since most are Chinese made, and the same company probably produces them under different names.

Must have LOW expectations
Look, you aren’t getting anything more than a screen that shows fret and string positions, and a short guitar stringed neckThere is no tuning the neck strings. There is no hearing the notes. There is no digital feedback regarding your playing. This is a short neck that lets you practice finger positioning when you don’t have your guitar around. Personally, I see the utility. Traffic, oil changes, whatever. You play without annoying others with sound, you don’t have to worry about damaging a guitar you’re carrying everywhere, it’s just practicing finger positions. For thirty bucks. That’s less than one guitar lesson fee, so gauge the value according to your end goal.

Junk
Dad wanted this for a business trip but it turned out to be junk. Bit of a shame. May as well just be a slab of wood modeled after a guitar neck with its lack of basic functionality.

'Rock On'
This the most impressive chord training in a little compact gadget that all musicians should carry, great for beginners, novice and or professional guitar players to learn chords at their own tempo with the built-in metronome and timed chord changes. You can imput the chords of your choice you want to practice and learn at what ever pace you feel comfortable with.Cheers 🍻 👏 ✌️ 👍 🥂 🍻To the invention of this product.

Fine
I just wanted a guitar neck for practice in my breaks and when my husband sleep late the morning, and its juste fine for that! I actually tried to tune it because the strings actually make a sound, but its pointless. The strings do really a bad sound haha but well ...I just wanted it for gymnatic and practice. I don't use the screen because I didn't see the basics chords and the other I learned while I scrolled through the options.. I feel like 56$ CAD is too much for this but I will keep it.

Very difficult to use, doesn’t work as it should
Unable to clear program, idea is good but not user friendly, not happy, very disappointed, expensive for something that does not work, I’ve spent hours with the instructions to really give it a chance and just more frustrating! Not recommending this tool
