Great and nothing like a Lacrosse ball.
These are nothing like Lacross balls like I have seen some people compare to. They are much better. The top silicon layer is thick and strong and is prob about 3-5mm thick so it has a semi squishy feel but it’s not too hard or soft, it’s silicon... But just the under that top layer is completely solid and you can’t squeeze the ball as a whole, just the top layer. So it’s great for messaging out knots in your feet or using the peanut by laying on the ground, or any hard surface, and let hit those pressure points on the back of your head when you have a headache, or just sore. Also good for pressing the muscles under your shoulder blades when laying on the ground or against the wall. For the price you can’t beat it.

WOW! These took my breath away. I used these on my shoulders and neck and, oh my do they do the job. I recommend using them on the floor or bed to prevent the balls popping out, however, against the wall is also effective. These are small and firm enough to hit hard to reach deep tension spots.I will purchase as gift for others.

Just the right amount of density to work my muscles/fascia. I’ve ordered other ball massage sets that were very hard compared to the Gravity balls. It’s difficult to describe, but these have a little more “give” which allows a little more traction on the skin enabling me to work my muscles deeper and have greater control on the areas I’m working. Two thumbs up!
