Product arrived quickly, and in good shape. The description of the product says it is a preservative meaning an antioxidant. It does not prevent mold, yeast, or bacteria. You need to use leucidal complete, leucidal SF, or leucidal 2. The instruction card may not be clear enough and seem like it's for the wrong product because they use the example of a comparable product under the chart on how much to use. But this tiny little bottle will not last very long if you're making shampoo or lotion. I did discover there are many many places where you can purchase these products and very in amounts. I did I did give I feedback review to the seller. Was told that review was on here but I did not find it amongst to 19 responses.I wish they gave far more information on those and explained what a preservative is so people Who are new to using these products will better understand what they do and don't do and will purchase and anti-microbial product along with a preservative. This little bottle won't last long and I will be looking for a source for a complete preservative/anti-microbial with a different supplier not on Amazon because companies often raise their prices to pay the fees Amazon charges them for showcasing their products. I haven't had a chance to use it because I had to wait for customer service to call back. They were closed but their phone message failed to announce that fact. Keeping me from being able do use the product since I thought the instruction card was for the wrong product. When they did call back I learned that you're supposed to use The anti-microbial preservative version of leucidal if you don't want yeast, bacteria, and fungus to grow in your product. I hope this helps. I'm sure it's an excellent product and will use it But I am going to shop around with other suppliers and see where I can find the best price for a larger amount. It's a good company and a good product but I can tell that more people than just I me were confused by what the product does and I also thought that small size meant I did not need to use more than a few drops even in larger volume items. When the company clears up all the confusion- going by other reviews, improves the description, puts usage directions on the product page, and offers a variety of sizes, I think they will get more orders and people will be happier with their product. So many people are new to making natural beauty products and need full information so they spend their money wisely on the exact product they need.

This is a nice product. Is effective.I wouldn't mind to see that the manufacture works on the design.This kind of products are best if they come with some sort of easy way to be used. a droplet, a way to be dispensed effectively and efficiently.Just because of the way it releases the product, might be a deterrent for me to buy it again. It is too expensive to be wasted and with an easy way to dispense, waste is easy to happen.

Served its purpose for my lotion bars. When used properly this preservative works fine. I think people need to do their research before trying to use this preservative in a lotion or anything that's mostly water based. If you use this in a water based product your product will mold because this is not a broad spectrum preservative. Again people please do your research!!

Jug is meant as prop for barbie… dont know what shes preserving but shes covered.

I see so many reviews by others with negative feedback but they are expecting something other than what this product is intended for and especially different than what this product even claims. It states right in description that it is a MILD protective natural ingredient and if one is looking for more they may need to use the BROAD SPECTRUM version or another additional preservative. I had a problem with receiving my order but immediately upon contacting customer service they handled it perfectly and I highly recommend the product and the company. I am going to use it to make a hyaluronic Face serum and look forward to it!

This is a good product if you make your own creams or lotions and want to keep everything all natural. shelf life is usually 6 months but I have some that are 9 months old and test negative for any kind of bacteria

This product works with 2 - 4 % concentration. That means atleast half of this bottle is required for preserving 100 grams of lotion. This is too expensive. Meanimg we have to add 700 rs plus per 100 grams of lotion. I have not tested if it can preserve for a year. I made some produt with hydrosol in it and it has stayed fine uptill now (1.5 months). Not sure if hydrosol is preservimg or this product is preserving. If you dont mind spending 35 times material cost on preserving than its fine.
