My mistake for not realizing the difference between plastic and rubber. These are definitely plastic. The quality was very thin, opaque in its thinness! This is not the quality I wanted business advertising on, but might be fine for party favors. I sent the package back for a refund and that went through quickly.

These aren't made of the soft pliable plastic that you would expect them to be made of. These are made of a rigid plastic that doesn't allow them to operate like you would expect them to.
