Excellent customer service
Lovely little lamp, ideal for my bedside cabinet. After problems with the one I bought, a replacement was sent and received just a few days later. With this kind of customer service, I won't hesitate to buy from this company again.

this bedside light is so convenient with simple touch control, plus it also has 2 x sockets for conventional plugs, plus a usb socket.

Nice little lamp
Got my lamp today very pleased just right for the corner of my living room, the bulb that comes with it gives a soft glow.You do have to pull the little chan on the side of the lamp quite hard to turn it on!Thought the bulb was broken at first.

USB port stopped working
The chain on this is cheap and nasty, you have to pull quite hard to get they lamp to turn on/off and it just feels cheap. The USB. Port has now stopped working so I can’t charge my phone. That was the reason I bought this lamp in the first place. Total waste of money.

Excellent bright table lamp
Extremely bright and easy to put together, haven't used the usb port but it's extremely handy to have if needed. Pull cord isn't too tight so easily clicks on and off. No faults found and used for over 3 months!
