Great product.

HEAT AND COLD THERAPY - i daily go for morning walk for around 7kms and i was having severe knee pain from last one month and was hesitant to go for morning walk .. foot massage which is my monthly routine is temporary relief.i bought this product and do first heat therapy for 20 min on each knee and after that cold therapy for 15 min on each knee.i am quite happy with results as not only i don't need any pain reliever ointment for my knees after using this product ..i am quite comfortable even using my home gym after using this product !!!

Being a sportsperson knee pain or knee injury is most common. Even i am suffering from that worst experience. but some days before I bought sandpuppy kneestrap and its works so good. Now So much relief for my knee pain and what i like most about it is its 3 level temp control, its so much helpful. Also I am using coldstrap for post workout pain and for gym also. Gel quality is so good and stays cool for long period.Both works great as mentioned!!

I bought this device after careful reading all reviews. I have a knee injury (deep concussion) developed by running on hill track. I also developed tennis elbow in both arms. I went to physiotherapist, took 10 sessions. Each session he helped me with 2-3 modalities : IFT / Ultrasound wave therapy/ Heat Therappy with a hot sand bag. I bougjt this to help me save money with physiotherapy.1. This product is Waste of money2. Inside this there are heat nods so it will generate heat at a single point more than the entire area. Which is not helpful.3. This heat is dry heat so it will evaporate moisture from skin.4. You will have to use a cloth or other wise it feels like it will give you a burn.5. The heat area is only 70% of the total pad area so I feel like it did not cover the entire knee area.6. Since I have experienced multiple physio modalities, I can say, so far, sand bag is the best.I still have to try the heat gel bag, though.Not buying this product again.Not recommending to anyoneCold gel pad is better that came along this package.

It's ok it heats but not upto the point i expected, hot packs seemed much better to me , the heat is very low doubt it will do the job. The power adaptor is cheap stopped working on first day but type 3 pin so not an issue as i used my mobile charger.

Excellent product..Amazing heating and cooling combo... I bought this kneestrap for my mother as she has severe knee pain.She found it so useful as it has temperature control feature. Coldstrap is just must have product. I bought it for my gym activities and it works great.Gel stays cool for long time. Overall both the products designed so well and in affordable price.

It's a good product, helpful for knee pain

Barely used it 20 times in 2 years. Loose contact at the plug and socket points. Has stopped working now. Discarded the hot strap. It's better to use an electric hot water bag.
