I have been buying these chocolates for several years now, not for myself, but for my chocoholic friends who had never tried them. (I can leave chocolates any day, but when I first found these I loved everyone in the box - couldn't believe how different they were from all other boring chocolates we sell in this country; lots of unusual flavours & lots of marzipan mixes.) When it was difficult to find them, I would send to Scotland for them rather than change makes. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE DONE OR WHY THEY HAVE DONE IT, BUT THEY HAVE CHANGED RECIPES & ARE NOT NEARLY AS GOOD AS THEY USED TO BE. THEY ARE STILL GOOD & BEAT MOST CHOCOLATES FOUND IN THE U.k., BUT I WON'T GO OUT OF MY WAY TO BUY THEM AGAIN. I BOUGHT BOTH ANTON BERG BOXES HOPING ONE OF THEM WOULD BE THE ORIGINAL SELECTION, BUT THEY WERE BOTH THE SAME. THIS WAS GONG TO BE THE LAST TRY TO BUY THE ORIGINALS, THEREFORE AT THE SAME TIME I BOUGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME SOME FROM AN ENGLISH COMPANY WHICH IS A FAMILY FIRM, SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT FAR SUPERIOR, I AM SORRY TO SAY. MY FRIENDS THE CHOCOHOLICS ALL GREE WITH ME - THEY ARE ALL DISAPOINTED WITH ANTON BERG'S RECIPE CHANGES. (MY WAISTLINE IS PLEASED THOUGH!)
