I bought this because even on it's lowest setting my Dyson sticks to my bathroom and kitchen floors and wont move. This wee thing is just great. It picks up all the little bits of cat litter and other detritus perfectly. It swivels brilliantly which is way more useful than I thought it would be and it gets under all the furniture with ease. It has sweeper brushes all the way round so it picks up in all directions. It empties with ease. I really hope it lasts. It's not particularly well made, it's fair for the price and if used with care I think it will be ok. It arrived quickly and charged in two hours.

I purchased a JML Swivel Sweeper for an elderly relative who wanted something lightweight and easy to use now and again, rather than having to get their vacuum cleaner out.All the parts come individually wrapped and are fairly easy to assemble.The sweeper is extremely lightweight, which is great, but also makes it feel slightly cheap and flimsy.The battery life is good, and the charge time swift. The swivel feature and back saving elbow joint are good for manoeuvrability.I’ve tested it on cushion flooring, flat pile carpet and carpet with a pile. It works brilliantly on cushion flooring, but doesn’t work at all well on any carpet, mats or rugs. Luckily my relative only wants to use it on flat vinyl cushion flooring.If you’re buying the JML sweeper with the intention of using it on carpet, then I’d certainly look elsewhere!I’d say it was overpriced too for the overall build quality. Ive now had this long enough to leave an honest consumer review.This sweeper is NOT at all as good as described! Its not very effective at collecting crumbs or other small debris as it flicks back out when you change direction, and it flips over far too easily!It was absolutely useless on my low-plie rug, surprisingly disappointing on laminate floor, and absolutely POINTLESS on medium pile carpet! I would have been better off saving myself 20 quid and buying a Ewbank manual sweeper!!As per other reviews, the handle design feels like its about to snap with the slightest touch! The elbow joint IS good for getting under furniture, but it doesn't clean well enough to be of any real use.Battery life is the only positive thing i can compliment, however, as its useless at cleaning this is an irrelevant perk!Overall, this is definitely not my best purchase and I would NOT recommend it

Light and handy for all those crumbs. Brilliant bit of tech, very assessable to all area of operation, brushes work in all directions. Stick to a routine of empty often and keep brushes free of obstruction. Great compliment to your main vacuum and hang it anywhere handy.

I like the colour & general appearance of the sweeper. It picks up dust from all my flooring extremely well. This includes, wooden floors, laminate tiles & carpets. I also like that it swivels & goes under & between furniture legs. It works well ,too, on stairs. There are two down sidesto It 1) It doesn't feel very sturdy & 2) the position of the on /off switch is a bit low.
