This is an extremely durable holster for the G6 Tandem Insulin Pump. I used the last one for 10 years, every day until the clip finally broke. I have been extremely pleased and immediately ordered another.

Updated Review:Don’t buy this case it breaks. I have have gone through two of these cilps now and they both broke in the same exact spot. I tried to tell tandem the clip part of the gas has an issues and a weakness, but they didn’t care. I also tried to get them to replace the one that originally broke. They did replace it but they didn’t want to. I had to talk to a manager and even then it was difficult and a strange conversation. They just kept telling me about the pump warranty. I knew this wasn’t covered under the pump warranty and stated that but I still wanted a replacement since it broke in less then 6 months. Well here we are with the replacement case and the clip broke again. I didn’t rotate the clip very often. Always left the pump horizontally.Original review:This clip case is so much better than the original one Tandem gave out. The originally one used to fall so I had to always place it on a belt. This clip though stays on. I have only had it fall off once. It stays on my yoga pants which was a huge issue with the previous clip case. I also like that you can choose the orientation you want the pump to be at when it’s on your hip or whoever you place it and it’s easy. The other clip was not easy to change the orientation of. I would highly recommend this case to others if you are looking for something that has a better hold on any kind of pants, shorts, fabric. It is a little bulky though so I have it off when I wear a dress and put my pump elsewhere. I had to do this with the other clip case so it’s not that big of a deal.

This is a great product - I needed a way to one-handedly attach and unattached my pump. This thing fit the bill. It's sturdy too. It's FAIRLY unobtrusive and it has protected my pump from many-a-fall.It WILL break occasionally: Twice now I sat down in a chair, and the pump hit/got caught on the arm of the chair on the way down and broke the whole holster. I totally understand why it broke due to the force of the whole situation.I'm just annoyed that it feels like salt in the wound that Tandem customers have to pay for the stupid pump, pay for the stupid supplies, and babysit the damn thing with all its beeping and buzzing and yelling at us when we eat - why can't TSlim users just get this holster for free included with our initial purchase of the pump? The case/clip the pump comes with is horrid.It's aggravating that we have to order this additionally AND that it costs nearly 30 bucks. I think that's way overpriced for what it is, and is insulting for loyal customers who are forced to stick with this company to have to pay such a price.

Functionality is the best, however, it breaks frequently. I've used these for 4 years. I've had to replace them every 6 months because the clip breaks. When I replace it I order another one so I have an extra on hand. That's pretty pathetic. Must be where tandem makes their money.
