These are nice cake pans for making sandwich-bread. I prefer straight sides, and these are slightly tapered, but the taper does let them stack nicely for storage. These were very inexpensive but they're surprisingly high quality, made with thick and sturdy aluminum. At first, my wife was concerned with the removable bottoms, but they make a solid seal when batter is poured in. Our first bread baked in these pans came out evenly baked and golden brown, so the heat distribution is fine.So now my wife is happy, and that makes me happy.Highly recommend.

I loved them when i first use them to make smash cakes for my sons birthday but after cleaning them they discolored significantly and they now feel weird to the touch

I bought these to add to similar pans which were no longer available. My main concern was whether they would leak. They don't. They also stack nicely, meaning they take up very little space, and I can use more or less depending on how much batter I have, unlike multi-cup flat pans. They are the perfect size to make small cakes and buns, and I just bought two more.

Sides are slanting not parallel, so you need to cut the cake sides for icing. Doesn’t like the concept of separate base, it keeps on flip every time.
