Perfect temporary pop up hamper
I wanted to try this large hamper to see if our family would use it properly before I bought a $50 wooden one. No, my family didn’t use it so I won’t buy a big permanent hamper BUT, I still love this flimsy thing because when we go out of town, I can quickly get our loads of laundry sorted and off the floor. So- is it great for daily use? I don’t think so. It would probably not stand up to heavy use. But since it can fold up and be there when you need the extra space- it’s perfect. And it’s cheap. So 5 stars for what it does for me.

My husband fought me for this one LOL
I ordered a lower-profile pop-up hamper and this one to compare them. This one is deep, so each compartment can truly hold a load of of darks, whites, delicates, no-dryer-please, etc. I was going to try both types in the bedroom and bathroom to see what worked where, and my husband pounced on this one and sequestered it to use in the laundry room (yes, don't be jealous, he actually likes to do laundry). Sure beats sorting the dirty clothes in piles on the floor. Years ago we had a heavy duty, canvas-bag compartmented-laundry sorter on wheels, but it took up a lot of space and the bags were so deep I had trouble reaching to the bottom. This pop up takes up less space, is easy to move around, and clothes don't disappear into the mysterious depths of the old one. So this one is a yes for us.

Bought twice but with own adjustments
The size is great, and ability to separate into 3 different sections is super helpful. I personally don't do dark light separation I do more of a weight/delicates separation, but 3 sections really helps with that. Folds really easily. The one star I take off is because of the plastic rods used for stability. I find that they are not heavy duty enough because i tend to wait a while to do laundry so it can get pretty heavy, which the plastic rods didnt hold up to. My fix was to pull them out cut dowel rods to the same size and that provides the stability necessary. If you do this I suggest cutting the dowel rods a bit shorter than their original plastic counterparts. Since they are sturdy I've had the issue of it poking through the edge ripping the mesh a bit. Even still with all that I've bought it twice so clearly I think it's worth the price.

Low price reflects in quality but still functional
The bars to hold the structure of the basket up only properly slid into one of four slots with both ends being fully covered, one slot was not even stitched to the edges so the base stick out quite a bit. This will probably tear the mesh after a few uses. Would definitely use for lightweight laundry - I air dry my clothes so there are few in total (about one full load of laundry) and they're divided by colour into the 3 sections. If it were loaded with towels for example, I could easily see it tearing or snapping quickly. Overall functional and worth the price for what I needed it for, but it's not fancy and will probably gain damages within first few uses. Will update review if anything I've written shows to be inaccurate.

Great product!😁
Love this laundry sorter. I love the 3 compartments. I use one for towels and sheets, one for darks and one for rainbow. I also love how the 3 compartments help me organize when folding and separate dry from wet clothing. It stretches to fit quite a bit of laundry. I filled it with 3 large loads of laundry and carried it to the laundry room. It felt very sturdy and seems to handle a good amount of weight as the sorter was very heavy. A padded handle would be my only suggestion for an improvement, but this thing is great for the price!

Good product
My son uses it in his room it's sturdy enough and he hasn't ripped it throwing it around when he cleans his room. Holds alot of clothing.

Tears too easily
Didn’t even last 6 months, ripping all over. Buy something sturdier for more money unless you plan on putting hardly any clothes in it at once.

Bigger and sturdier than I expected...will keep my caterpillars safe from predators
I actually bought this product for use as a safe environment for my monarch butterfly caterpillars. Put in a butterfly garden, complete with requisite milkweed for the monarchs. Yay! Started seeing caterpillars...double yay! Watched as a big hornet came and stalked, killed, and took off with one of my caterpillars. Not yay. I purchased a couple more milkweed plants to keep inside the screened lanai but being Florida, there are also lizards, frogs, and sometimes even a snake on the lanai so I needed a safe haven. I check my garden plants for caterpillars and then transfer them to the lanai plants, which are now located in my collapsible laundry hamper.I really didn't expect too much out of this thing as it's pretty inexpensive. However, it is considerably larger than I expected and feels quite sturdy. You could probably get a full load of laundry in this thing. It has little velcro tabs to hold it closed if you need to collapse it. The only negative for me is that the top opening doesn't fully close. It's the opening to put your dirty laundry into the basket. It looked like it was zippered in the photos but it isn't. Not a big deal as I will just put a piece of window screen over the top.
