Super cute and keeps drinks cold for a very long time

The cup arrived without the plastic piece that slides to close the lid when it when the straw isn’t in it. So if it falls over, it spills everywhere. Otherwise it’s a cute cup, the lid secures snug, easy to hold, bottom has gripping on it, fits in my cup holder great. (ETA: Seller made contact and had replacement cup to me in 2 days!! Changing from 3 star to a 5!) 🥳

My mom had a cup that she carried around all the time with her ice tea in it. It was just a plastic cup and it cracked. She is one of these people that when she gets used to something that she likes she doesn't want to use anything else. So I decided I would get her an updated cup that was insulated and had had a saying on it that was cute and was her favorite color (Blue). It was also easy to hold and had a reusable straw-like hers had. I let her have it a little early so she could go ahead and use it and she loved it. It is a great product and worked out perfect for what she needed. I will definitely order from Sassy Cups again. She loved the funny saying on the cup She Beleived She Could But She Was Tired !! Satisfied Customer in North Carolina !!

Read all the way down to see my positive update.The best thing going for this glass is that the container is good quality and very cute. The thing that destroys it for me, though, is how easy the lid comes off when accidentally knocked over, and is not at all leakproof. Disappointed, because I really like their variety of tumblers available. The idea is great in theory, but not at all practical to have a skinny-tumbler that won't keep the liquid inside, especially since it is advertised as a travel tumbler. I would recommend the company use the flip-up straw system and a screw-on lid, something more secure than what they have now. I would return it but I no longer have the box. Sorry, Sassycups.I just received the nicest note from the company, offering me a refund I did not ask for, and was so pleasantly surprised and grateful. Indeed, this is a great cup and I would encourage anyone to get it, as long as you don't need to stash it in a briefcase or purse, which I sometimes do. The lid is a pop-off lid with a gasket to keep it tight. The slide latch lid is not leakproof, but these would make great stand-up tumbler gifts. Big shout-out to Sassy Cups company for their generosity of spirit and caring.

This is a lovely watercolor mug. Keeps hot beverages hot for a nice long time. It’s also a really nice size! Very happy with this purchase and would recommend. In fact I’m waiting for my second one to arrive this afternoon! Gifted the first one!
