Exactly as I hoped
Cute pink color but not overly bright or shiny. Serves its purpose perfectly. Choice of soft or loud volume. 1 standard battery. Easy to use. Bold numbers on top make it easy to see how long you chose the timer to be.If they wanted to improve, they could make the countdown window bigger, bolder, and brighter so I could see it at a distance. I have to keep it right in front of me at close range to keep track of how much more time is left on the countdown but I expected that ans its ok. I haven't had it for long so I can't comment on durabability or how long the battery will last.

Best little timer in Texas!
Okay, I don't live in Texas. But this is truly the best little timer. We use it at our house for piano practice. The original model of this timer cost A LOT, for reasons I don't understand. I'm so glad I waited to buy this version for a fraction of the price. It's fun to use, easy to use, and looks like decor when sitting out.

Works great and it's cute
I'm using this to help my child who has autism keep track of time for breaks, lunch, computer time. Just for small tasks that shouldn't take more than an hour because without it the tunnel vision kicks in and hours can pass for a task that should take 30 minutes. It helps.

Very helpful in keeping me focused
I love how easy this timer is. You just tip it over to display the amount of time you want and it starts counting down. You flip it on its head to pause the timer and right-side up to reset the timer. My only wish is that the timer itself was easier to read. You have to bend down to get a look at how much time you have and the contrast isn't that great. I'm afraid if I pick it up it'll restart or something. Maybe that's by design so you don't fixate on the time... not sure. The alarm could also be more soothing. But overall, I'm happy with my timer!! Much easier than having to go into my phone, type in the amount of time, and start it there. I've also seen other productivity timers where you have to dial the time or whatever... this is so much easier. My son used it for school assignments as well and liked it.

Everything I need and nothing I don’t!
I’m following the advice to get off my seat every 30 minutes as directed in the book Designed to Move. This device is perfect for that task, in the most convenient and efficient way possible!

Great for timing tasks
I bought this from a FB short of an influencer I follow. Now let me tell you a bit about myself, I am cheap, or stringently economic. I do not buy items for only looks, but mostly functionality. I am very particular about electronics, they must work and do the job well. I am also very horrible with time management. This little cube is a life changer. It helps with time management, especially when I am sitting at my desk and have multiple tasks to do. It helps with remembering household chores such as cooking and washing. I have burned less meals and been more efficient at washing with this. Setting the timer and having it go off helps me to move and check on certain things if I get lost in reading or doing something else when trying to do two tasks in different rooms simultaneously.I would advise to get it if you are like me and tend to become engrossed in a task that you forget everything else. It is also helpful as my legs swell when sitting for too long, on the 30 minute setting I am reminded to get up move for a few minutes, so there is that also.

Eats batteries like candy
I bought two of these for work, one with 15/20/30/60 and one with 1/3/5/10. I work in IT and often need to wait a specific amount of time for certain actions, e.g., Active Directory synchronized every 15 minutes, so I want to wait 15 minutes after making a change before informing the customer so they don't try to log in too soon. This timer is great for that since I don't have to mess with settings or running more apps on my already crowded screens; just flip the timer to 15 and wait for the beep. The down side, however, is that they seem to eat batteries. Both timers ran out of juice at about the same time, and I use the 15-60 a lot more often than the 1-10, so it's not the actual timer part that's using the battery.
