Effective and tasty.
These must work because I’ve had bloodwork and was told surprisingly I have a normal/great vitamin D level. I have likely some malabsorption from a past surgery so I take double but my doctor was thrilled with my vitamin D levels. She said a normal vitamin D level is rare. So these clearly work. They flavors are good too. I often buy them at BJs but with covid-19 I turned to amazon.
