They r so cute and also the quality is great

Doesn’t hold a charge
I bought 2 of these six months ago. One works fine and one only holds a charge enough to get 1/2 of an iPhone charged. The problem is i have never been able to contact the company to invoke the warranty. The links on their website don’t work. They have an office in LA but I can’t find how to reach them.

doesn't stay charged as long as advertised, cord that comes with unite is very cheep.

Second purchase and still very happy!
This is my second Cherro mobile charger! I owned the older generation and after 2 years of extended useage the battery is still in good shape! Therefore I purchased the newer generation (this one) and very happy about it! I believe better battery cells do matter so I'm willing to pay a bit more for safety and durability! I don't trust charges using unknown battery cells.
