We have 2 antique wood chairs, each with legs/feet that are too small for typical furniture pads to function. Adhesive pads kept sliding off every time anyone sat in either chair; and because the chairs are antiques I didn't want to do anything invasive like using nail-in pads. So I took a flyer on these furniture socks and I couldn't be happier. They arrived 30 minutes ago & I've already snugged them on both my wooden chairs. They fit snugly - to put them on you sort of roll them up like you would a tight pair of pantyhose - but they're intentionally snug so they'll do the job and not move. Huge bonus: the inside of each sock has a line or 2 of a hot-glue-like substance that enhances the non-skid aspect & prevents twisting/sliding of the sock up & along the chair leg. I test-drove the socks on each chair & they slide great & they really prevent the sound of scraping wood on a hard floor. The socks' dark brown color is unobtrusive against each chair's finish & blends well into the acid-stained color of our concrete floor. I doubt a visitor would even notice the socks. However, when you know they're there? They are ADORABLE. They look like the chairs have gotten socks to keep their legs warm. Excellent design & manufacture with a nice dose of whimsy. Also, excellent order processing & prompt delivery. I would recommend this product to anyone, and my good experience has made me interested in other WISLIFE products.

We have bamboo floors and were advised upon installation to use protective pads on the bottom of our furniture legs. Those sticky felt pads work fine for things like sofas and tables that you never move around, but the ones on the chairs were always falling off after a while. I found these "chair socks" and we've never looked back. They are strong and durable and do not make marks on our floors. They do take a bit of strength to stretch out and fit over your chair legs, but once on, they are not going anywhere. We've had these for over a year and they are fairly easy to remove, wash, and reapply when they get dusty. They don't slip down or stretch out, and we use them on our chairs that are being pulled out from the dining room, desk and vanity several times a day. I highly recommend them from a functional perspective. My ONLY wish is that they made them in lighter colors to match various wood tones, such as oak or birch, but the brown ones are nearly invisible on my dark-wood chairs.

I bought two sets of these and so far am happy with them. They fit very snug to the chair legs, and do not slip or slide off. They fit so snug that you may have a little trouble stretching them a bit to slip on.. but for me, once I got the hang of it.. I was able to slip them on to all the chair legs. I can't speak for how long they hold up but I assume since they are fabric that they will wear after awhile. But for right now they are working well. I bought an extra set to keep on hand as a couple of the chairs get much more use than the others and I assume after awhile I will have to replace the protectors.I have tried several other options from rubber tips to felt pads.. and all of them fall or slide off after awhile, I even resorted to super gluing them onto the legs to keep them on.. but these are so much easier and look so nice that I am going to stick with these..I will come back and update this post if they do not hold up.Note: I bought two different sets so this review will be the same as the other set that I bought the only difference in the set was the quantity that I purchased.I like them!

These are absolutely the best ones I have purchased and I have gotten many to try in the past. 🙄🙄. We put them on bar stools, antique beds and chairs. They kept your floor safe and don't ever come off. I got a different set on Amazon that are totally worthless. I spend more time putting them back on them using them. These ones have grips inside that keep them firm in place regardless of how much you slide them around.

These are the best furniture socks I have ever purchased. Delivery was super fast but best of all they fit and look great....quality is excellent. Once you get them on your chairs they are on to stay. I have purchased furniture socks from another vendor and they didn't stay on, they stretched out, and they wore out very quickly. Time will tell with these socks as to how long they last before they wear out. I have them on the bottom of kitchen chairs that really get a work out. So, I just ordered my third set of socks so I can be ready to use them when I need them.

Bought these for some new dining room furniture going on top of new wooden floors. In the past I would have just used felt pads but I've had mixed results with these losing their adhesion. They eventually come off and leave dark sticky smudges behind. These socks, and they really do look like tiny socks, are perfect. They fit pretty tightly over our chair legs and provide protection for our floors but also for the bottom 4 inches or so of the chair legs. They don't look out of place and are barely noticeable against the black wood chair legs. The one drawback is that as the chairs move around the socks can start to slip down but it's just a matter of pulling them back up and everything is good again.Definitely recommend these.

Might give a five later on, but since I just got them and put them on my chair legs, it's too soon to say anything about how they wear. That said, I found the fit to be nice and snug (struggle for me to put on, might have been easier to order a larger size, but I wanted to be sure they stayed on) AND they come up the chair legs about 2.5-3" , which I think will protect the legs from some scratch marks. Great rubber grip strips on the inside and my gut feeling is that these will stay on the chairs. Just what I want while protecting my hardwood floors. I would recommend them to others.
