Used freezer with patch work and deep scratches clearly visible is sold to me. Looks like they are doing charity by sending us freezers because we didn't pay them. Deep scratches, swirl marks, patched up rusting areas, food particles, rusted edges comes free with this freezer. Wow! I was amazed by these freebies. And the icing on the cake part is there's a clearly visible patch work at the bottom. These free gifts are for only limited period, so order yours before the stock lasts. Don’t buy Rockwell deep freezers , specially on Amazon ( the products are not new ones they are selling either damaged or refurbished freezer), I bought it one month back till now 4 times thermostats changed but still the issue is same, even I kept it in Refrigerator mode in b/w 1-2 the milk and all other products getting freezed, whenever we call service engineer they visit and change thermostat and they will tell it will not repeat, but even after the service Engg visit problem exists

I have order this product for my restaurant when I received this product there are some little dents and one inch cover has broken so I contact to service engineer they assured to help for repair. overall product is good storage capacity is dissent noise level is minimum weight is little bit higher and product is easy to use well done Rockwell.
