My 9 year old son wanted a necklace with his birthstone so I decided to get him this one because I didn't want to get him anything real expensive or real cheap. He's had it on for three months now and it hasn't bothered him at all note has it broken. It's just the right length and very attractive, we both love it.

Bought twice and both times it broke
Very cute necklace but the first time I bought it, it arrived broken. I sent in for a replacement and when it arrived, the envelope had been sliced open and stolen, presumably by the Amazon driver (the driver even took the evidence picture of the package on the porch with an empty bag. Seriously?!). So the seller refunded my money, because they could not send a third necklace.I ordered the necklace again and it arrived in one piece. I wore it once and at the end of the day, when I went to take it off, the chain broke in the exact same way as the first one was broken. The little circle chain link that is connected to the pendant is not fully closed (on both necklaces) and so the chain just falls off. And it’s too small for me to get it back on and pinch the circle closed. Will be returning it again.Super cute necklace and great customer service, but not well made. Please fix the attachment issue.

Necklaces came broken
Ordered 3 necklaces as a gift for my sister, cousin and myself since we all have November Birthdays. How embarrassing that when my sister and cousin opened theirs, BOTH of their necklaces were already broken. This of course gave the impression that I bought a really cheap gift. Only 1 necklace out of 3 purchased was OK. A warning if you buy this product to check them before giving them as a gift to spare the embarrassment.

Poor quality
I ordered this necklace twice. Twice it arrived with a broken chain. I finally gave up. If it arrives broken it probably won’t last a day.

Ordering online sometimes has disappointing results, so I was concerned about the quality of this item. I have to say, I was very happy with the quality and my granddaughter loved it!
