I work from home and don’t slways work at my desk. I use this to connect to an Hp hub, and before that a generic USB-C hub. The magnet makes it super easy to connect and disconnect quickly!I strongly recommend.

The company I work for switched laptop models to a type that only docks via USB C. I got this adapter since I know I'll be frequently disconnecting from the dock and didn't want to wear out the ports on my laptop. Having the connection at an angle also helps keep the USB C cable out of the way too.

Pros?:- Adds the safety of easy tug away power connectivity- Inexpensive- LED indicator is NOT overly bright- Doesn't block adjacent USB-C port(s)- Works with a MacBook Air M1 13.3"Cons?:- Magnet could be a bit stronger, easily rocks out of place while in use on laptop- While not blocking adjacent USB-C ports, the adapter does extend out a decent distance from the laptop. In turn this makes it easier to knock out of place while in use.Would I recommend or buy again?Definitely does the job, but might look for a bit stronger magnet connector if I need to replace or recommend...

......I lost the part that goes in the phone pretty quickly because I don't carry around my charger. I have one I keep at work. I should have bought two so I could have an attachment for both chargers because I would go to work and have to take out the connection on my phone so I could use the charger at work. And thus, I lost the part that goes in the phone.

So my issue is one they’re so large that they cover up from the USB that’s right next to the charging port thunderbolt my other issue is that there’s a light on the back one is bright bright bright like you couldn’t miss it the other one plugged in right next to it after a third a sprite for no particular reason and I tried putting in different email swapping them out and it’s the same so clearly there’s a power issue in that one so I may return them I don’t know I like that they feel sturdy but I don’t know that they meet my needs

This magnetic power adapter works well with my laptop. Makes connecting the power cord easy & saves wear & tear on the port.

The gold plating comes off unlike the other USB c magnetic charging products I've used in the most recent past I would not have even ordered these had the others been available these simply start coming apart very quickly after start using them.This defeats the purpose of the magnetic charging since it's supposed to be easy and connect easy simply does not work the way it was intended because the plating keeps coming off I'd like to go plating on the previous product that I have ordered on Amazon I've had thoughts of returning this second set if I can get product that is close to what I used to have.

I bought this because I work from a laptop on a docking type station at work. Unplugging and replugging back in was a huge pain when it came to having to take my computer to a meeting; especially if I was in a hurry. This solved all those issues. It’s easy to install, charges well, and was super affordable. A+ purchase!
