This is a great screen, and for the price a worthy replacement for the Apple original. The included camera and speaker are fine.No home button is included, as expected - you need to transfer that from your original screen - follow the instructions on iFixit to do this successfully. I've done the replacement twice using a hair dryer as my heat source to soften the home button adhesive.My only criticism is that when purchasing a unit described as "Full display assembly" I really did expect replacement adhesive to be included so that the installation can retain the water resistance rating of the original, but unfortunately this is not included in this kit and so annoyingly you will need to purchase this separately unless you plan to remove all the adhesive and use the phone without sealing.

Bought to replace a cracked screen in a iPhone 7. Screen is bright and colours look the same as the original.Easy to swap after watching a YouTube how to video.

Screen replacement was straight forward if a bit fiddly. Tools were helpful and and absolutely necessary to get the job done. Physical quality of the screen is great. Colours are not great though. The greens and reds are washed out and noticeably so. Touch is not great, seems to not recognise some touches on first attempt. The brightness is either bright or very dark, doesn’t seem to be much middle ground. Front facing camera works fine.Saying that, for the money I paid for this screen I am comfortable with the results I got. The alternative options were too expensive in my opinion.

Original home button obviously loses the Touch ID function. On this occasion I’ve fitted 3 after market home buttons and none have worked with normal operation so have had to have on screen button activated. Will be a 1 off I think as I’ve fitted loads of these screens without problem. I’d say home button connection to screen is faulty.

Best to follow one of the many instructional videos on YouTube. The plastic case opener was not strong enough to break the original sealant, so I used a Stanley knife blade. The other tools are fine. The screen works well but the appearance is a little washed out in comparison to the apple original and without the sealant of course is no longer waterproof. Still a lot cheaper option than replacing at an apple store.

If you’re in urgent need of a replacement screen, this will do. Just don’t expect to be happy with it long term.The worst two factors are the brightness and colour accuracy. The screen, even on full brightness, is nowhere near the original iPhone screen. The colour accuracy is pretty poor. It had an odd tint, which I can’t quite work out what colour it’s supposed to be. If I tilt the screen to the left, there’s a blue tint, but tilt it to the right and there’s an orange tint. It affects every colour on screen. As a photographer I’m finding this inaccuracy particularly annoying.The touch screen is sensitive enough to use, but not as good as it could be. Sometimes there’s a peculiar bug whereby the ‘swipe to write’ function on the keyboard is randomly activated, causing random words and characters to appear when typing. It’s particularly noticeable if you type fast.The auto-brightness sensor does not work. At all. It’s a function that you don’t really notice until it’s gone. Then it’s bloody annoying not having it.If you’re in desperate need to replace your screen, then this will do the job. But you’ll soon be looking for a better long-term replacement.

I don’t usually write reviews but this screen is so good I wanted to let others know that they can buy with confidence.It’s like OEM quality and it’s a super easy install if your savy with a screwdriver and have a little patience.Took 25-30 mins start to finish and the hardest part was taking the old screen out.This review to clarify is for the kit with camera and sensor pre installed, although having now done one I don’t think it would take much to reinstall the original speaker and camera setup.Like I said buy with confidence, as it’s a great product, I’m about to buy another to fix the other phone I have in the draw and will have saved myself +£80 vs the best quotes to fox both phones.

I dont usually leave feedback but have to say I was so impressed with this item I decided i had to. The packaging is first class and very professional and upon opening i was really delighted at how protected the replacement screen was. Furthermore, the quality of the screen was second to none and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tool kit that came with it as usually it looks very cheap. I repair a lot of different things being an engineer and will be adding the tools to my everyday tools I use. There is a free how to guide and also a free screen protector included. Great value for the price.I would highly recommend this item you wont be disappointed!A+++++ all round great experience
