Much improved version! I had the old model and the batteries wouldn't last long enough for a day of fishing, and you wouldn't know for sure if it was on or not sometimes. The new bluetooth control with your phone fixes all that as not only do they last a lot longer (8hrs on low), but you can see exactly how much battery has been used and how much you have left. Plus the batteries charge back up twice as quick as the old model (now only 2 hrs to charge!) Well worth buying again.

ThermaCELL heated shoe inserts are THE BEST. I have tried everything to keep my feet warm- disposable foot warmers, battery-powered socks, etc., etc. These things just work. I have recommended them to everyone I see skiing! Even bought a spare pair so I don't have to recharge at lunch on an especially cold New England ski day.

First pair worked, but failed in 2 weeks. Bluetooth connection issues and dead batteries. Replacement pair took 2 weeks from contact with ThermaCELL. 2nd pair worked great for 3-4 weeks, then gradually the same problems recurred. I bought extra batteries and now own 6. All but one no longer work. I’m careful installing and uninstalling, but finally noticed they have all broken! I weigh 135 lbs. Walking on the insoles caused them to flex and crack open. ThermaCELL says they’re seeking solutions and a new manufacturer and will send me more batteries. They won’t refund my money. This product is great when it works, but clearly not enough testing was done before going to market. Buy something else.

Like the heat it produces at a press of a button on the smart phone..but once in a while the left sole insert sometimes does not want to work or register on the smartphone

These were great for a second set of batteries. The bluetooth is a nice feature.

does its job. don't expect heat. i painted in the snow with these for a week with none of my usual problems.

My husband works outdoors in all kind of weather. He loves these feet warmers - helped him make it through the winter.

I have Thermacell insoles with batteries that came apart after about 15 uses, and replaced the previous batteries with these ones. Though they're the same brand and supposedly have longer life, they did not heat my insoles. Worse, there's no way to reach the manufacturer (the company has been sold twice, I think), and I'm outside my return window (bought them at the end of last season), so now I'm stuck without usable heated insoles.Bottom line - Thermacell has poor reliability and no product support. Get something better.

I found the batteries died quickly. They last maybe a few hours of the day and must be fully replaced within the year after moderate use. The heat isn't warm or toasty, but a faint heat to keep feet from sweating. I found it helped on our -30 celsius days, but as someone with very cold feet I need warmer.

Je suis déçu de ces batteries pour semelles chauffantes...Lors de l'achat originale des semelles, les batteries venant avec le kit sont des batteries de 1000mAH . N'étant pas satisfait du rendement, j'ai opté pour l'achat de 1300mAh pensant avoir meilleur rendement. Un rendement approximatif de 2 heures semble être assez exact. Donc, pas fameux ... Vaut mieux payer plus cher et avoir un meilleur confort pour des semelles chauffantes autre que ceux-là !
