One can use it.. It works well. But thr only problem i m facing is that its material is quite stiff.. Which makes my sitting exercise quite difficult.. Bcz it presses the lower adominal so bad which do not allows me to workout for long. Moreover it is good as long as we r doing standing exercises.

Instead of their price, this product is good more than i believe. I recommend to all buyers. Im giving 5 star
