Great whisk
This whisk is fantastic for all types of sauce making. I make rouxs quite often and need a whisk that can easily pick up butter and flour the bottom of the pan. It cleans easily and I appreciate that it lies relatively flat in my drawer to maximize space. I only cook on stainless and cast iron so I cannot speak to its non-scratch capability on nonstick pans. Great value for money; so far I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Best whisk ever!
I love this whisk. It did exactly what I had hoped it would do, no more batter stuck in the middle, in fact thinking about purchasing a second one and getting rid of my regular whisks.

It’s lightweight and could be better in that area but easy to clean and hold
