Simply mix a little tempura batter flour in a bowl with some ice cold water, make sure you leave it lumpy. And that really is it! Your tepura batter mix is ready, just dip in your favourite veg such as carrot, red or green peppers, sweet potato, aubergines, mushrooms or what ever you like. You can also tempura batter meats and fish like salmon or king prawns. Exact measurements are on the packet.
